Everything went quite well. The serviceman discovered a minor issue, dirt, sticking on the blower, that will be handled during our summer inspection.

It went okay but there were a lot of problems with the install and they fixed it, so we were happy. We had trouble with the unit itself not working and there was a bit of communication problems. We had to have the whole system replaced, we got a twin system, and it ended up being complicated. There was poor communication between the different guys that was coming out when the job was going to entail but eventually, they did sort it out and took some off the bill to recognize the fact that we were delayed. This went on for the entire month of December. I would recommend them. Their price seemed comparable. Everyone that came was professional enough.

From pre-sales to installation, it was professionally handled. They clarified all my queries and were willing to work with me per my schedule. They have done an excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone looking to install HVAC in their homes

It went very well. They seem to know what they are talking about. They had good explanation, they were prompt, they came when they said they would, they did what they said they will do, everything went fine.

Tom Ochsner came out to our house and did an amazing job explaining the various issues that our old house had. He took the time to show me the issues and how a simple fix could decrease our monthly electricity bill. He was extremely thorough and the report he gave us was priceless. It showed us every little issue and how to fix it. It was worth every penny! I would highly recommend Tom and Classic Aire to anyone.

Corey was our repairman and he was great. He was extremely helpful and honest as the problem turned out to be sensor related and did not require repair. Classic will be our first call for an estimate with any future applicable issues.

Arrived at the time they said they would, checked and cleaned the a/c system, added freon and replaed the air filter. Technician was very pleasant, and did a great job. I signed up for their yearly maintenance program, so they will be coming back in the fall to check the furnace. Plan on using them again

Perfect. Met with salesman twice and the installers were extremely professional. Took a whole day but well worth it.

The work was good, however I felt that they were trying to do the maximum amount of work and I was looking for a less expensive alternative. I felt as though I had to press them for the less expensive alternative which they did end up agreeing to but a less savvy customer would have spent almost $2000 if they did all the work they recommended.

Our new efficiency furnace and air conditioner was installed without any major flaws. The govt. incentives and monthly cost have lowered our heating and cooling bills quite a bit. I would recommend Classic Aire Care for their professionalism, promptness and work ethic.

Alan from Classic Aire Care came promptly at our appointment tiime. He met my three dogs and then Alan began his work. He took his time cleaning my outside air condenser. In addition to my scheduled AC maintenance Alan installed a set of locking Shreader Valve Caps. He did a good job ---I have been using Classic Aire Care for several years now and I have been pleased with their service.

I have a contract with them. It is about $300 for 2 years. I've used them for about 4 years and they are very good.

We will never have this company in our homes again. Technician had come to do annual check and cleaning as had been contracted to do for many years (as Ryan H&C). Furnace had been working fine so far all season. However, after an unusually loud ?check and clean? appointment (excessive banging), tech said that furnace had crack in heat exchanger and new furnace was suggested vs. just new heat exchanger. Also put in/charged for new humidifier filter for $39 and media filter for $44. An appointment was set for a bid that was convenient for the homeowner, an older woman obviously enduring chemo treatments, which was 2 weeks later, in December. Tech then turned off furnace (due to cracked heat exchanger) without clearly stating so to the homeowner and left. He later verified that he did not clearly state that he was turning off her furnace and she would be without heat until furnace was repaired/replaced. After a cold night, assuming the chemo effects created the cold feeling, she left the next day for appointments. After arriving home and finding it feeling colder inside than out, she checked the temperature and found it at 60 degrees. This began a flurry of calls of her to me and me to Classic Aire. They explained they had to turn off furnace due to diagnosed cracked heat exchanger and Josh nicely offered assistance, but they were not sure what they could do under the circumstances. After many calls throughout the evening and it getting colder in the house, we went to house to flip the switch back on ourselves to give her some heat. Reasoning among all was that she was in no more danger that one night or two than she had been in for previous weeks. She had a rather expensive carbon monoxide detector purchased from Classic Aire/Ryan H&C previously and it had showed no problem at any time. We flipped the switch, but the furnace would not kick on; the flap would not go up enough. In the morning, calls were made to other companies for bids; she was quite unsettled about the tech who had been to the home and left her unknowingly without heat. Another top-rated company on Angie?s List (also union) that our household had been pleased with in the past came out. They found that the spring on the furnace flap had been broken and replaced it. The furnace would still not work properly and found that the flap itself had been bent, impairing its proper movement so the furnace would not kick on. They thoroughly inspected the furnace and the heat exchanger, looking for the cracks reported by Classic Aire. They found some rust inside the heat exchanger, which is typical, but no cracks despite repeated inspection. They also reported that the humidifier filter was new, but not the furnace filter. These issues were brought to Classic Aire and a refund requested. They instead wanted access to the home again which was denied. They warned us that carbon monoxide detectors are not to be relied upon, despite the fact that they themselves sold it to her and it was expensive. They finally did returned her check but a refund for the repairs were not included. Again, they wanted access to the furnace and the homeowner does not want them back on her property. This elderly cancer patient, who has ably taken care of her furnace her entire life, will not have them back in the home. She was their loyal customer and feels violated and taken advantage of.

Company called to say serviceman on the way. He arrived between the hours given. He was polite, clean & efficient. Answered a few questions professionally.

Cliff was on time and very amiable. He wore hoot covers to keep from tracking any mud into the house. He cleaned the pipes and gave us a drain cleaner to keep things maintained wonderful service.

These people have taken care of our furnace for at least 25 years. We have a 3 yr. contract with them. They always give us excellent care.

Classic Aire care has always done excellent work that matched my requirements and stayed within budget/estimate.

Contacted for service agreement appointment, appointment was set up for same day, arrived within 90 minutes from phone call, spent approximately 1 hour performing the service. Tom offered information regarding best filters to use and humidifier option and operation. Very professional and customer service orientated through out the visit. Hope to use them again.

Went fine, on time & called ahead to let me know he was on the way.

For the preventative maintenance service appointment, they call us to schedule it. They schedule it at our convenience and give us a 2 hour window of time that a serviceman should appear. He calls us 30 minutes prior to coming to the house. For our last appointment, they left a message on our answering machine to call back and make an appointment for our fall check-up. When I returned the call, I was able to schedule it for the next day. However, the call prior to my appointment took longer than anticipated and I received a call that my service would be delayed by about one hour and did I want to reschedule or would the delay be OK. I told the dispatcher that I was fine with the one hour delay and would wait for the service call. When the repairman completed his earlier appointment, he called me to confirm our appointment and arrived within 30 minutes. I appreciated the courtesy of both the dispatcher and the repairman keeping me informed of his arrival time. Another thing that I appreciated was the way that they are careful of your things. We recently had new flooring installed and the Classic Aire Care people are mindful of where they walk and do not track in dirt, mud, or water.

On time, very cheerful, efficient & helped us with info on how to reset thermostat light.

I have some health issues. I have had to reschedule with them several times, even within the length of a month. They have been great at rescheduling for my convenience. Whether it be from drain division or heating and cooling division, they are just great.

They are prompt and do good work. They are dependable. I use them all the time.

Came into our house when we were at work. Very trustworthy! Left the house very clean and did the work within two days. Agreed to come back, no fee, when we turned the heat on.
