Description of Work: They replaced 23 year old furnace and 28 year old air conditioner. We have had a service contract with them for years, so they had an advantage when we got bids. Work was done on time and they cleaned up well. They helped with permit process and inspection.

Description of Work: I have used this company for several years. They purchased the company I used previously. The transition was very smooth, as the same servicemen and customer service representatives were available. Prior to the 2013 winter furnace check, my furnace stopped heating. When the serviceman came to check the furnace, it was determined that it had lived its life. A sales representative was dispatch. He was thorough, answering my many questions patiently and assisting me with determining the best unit for my house. Installation was set up without delay and the process of installation went very smoothly. The installers arrived promptly, completed the installation, and cleaned up very well. I am, thus far, very please with my unit.
