Description of Work: Serviced ignition lock at shop on 2000 Dodge Caravan on October. Fine for 2 months then failed to work (could not turn on) in December. Called office and they sent out locksmith to my home. Got it unlocked and serviced lock cylinder. Offered to replace cylinder with new cylinder for cost of part, $39 with no charge for labor. They ordered new cylinder and all I had to do is bring van to shop when it came it. Did so and it only took about 1/2 hour to replace. No labor charge. All this under warranty for the $75 I paid for the original service call. The cost quoted at another locksmith was $225. Very good experience.See
