They were on time, professional, and he even fixed the deadbolt lock to the garage door so that it works properly. He's also looking at the back door lock and is going to give an estimate to fix it as well. We feel his prices are very fair. He does a good job and we would recommend him to others.

Rhino was the gentleman who took my initial call, and he was very pleasant to speak with. He was accommodating, and he was professional. He came out to change my locks after I took out a restraining order against my ex-husband. He stayed with me and performed the service, even helping me to program a new code in my garage door, which he didn't have to do. I paid a little more than I expected for the services, but the locks were smooth, keys all worked, and he was in and out within an hour and a half. He was concerned for my safety, and I really appreciated him looking out for me. I would definitely call Beishir again anytime.

A serviceman arrived at the house, took the broken look apaart, could not fix it. Said we needed a new lock and recommended tow brands, which I went online and picked out four possibilities. The next week I took them by their office and they said they would get me some prices and order them for me. Never called. The next week, my husband stopped by their office and they said they would call the next day with some prices. Never called. The end of the week, I stopped by once more, and the same thing, they would definiately call me the next day. Never called. That is when I joined Angies List. and selected another locksmith

I was locked out of my house. I called and the service tech on call was going to be about an hour and a half. He knew I didn't want to wait that long, so he called someone else and asked them to come out before going home. Literally, the other man called within 5 minutes and showed up at my house about ten minutes later. He was super friendly and opened the door for me quickly.

Went great. Took a couple of hours but now have locks that match. A little pricey but got what we wanted.

Responded very quickly to my call. Since I was locked out they offered to meet me and drive me to my home. Once at my home, the technition was able to and quot;pickand quot; the lock within just a few minutes without and damabfge to my door or existing lock. Replaced the keyed section and internal tumblers so the lock was repaired so I did not have to repalced all fo the existing matching hardware.

Recommended by a friend and even though it was in South county and I live in North gave it a shot. Not only were they able to find a key to fit the lock but it looked authentic to the period. They were also able to find a close match to the lock I had in the other drawers, one being missing and it fits the same key. That was sooo kewl. Worth the trip. These folks know their stuff!!!

Locksmith was very nice and did everything withing an hour. Was good about not making a mess when drilling new holes in the door for the deadbolt. It was a bit pricey but the do good work.

Overall it went very well. Do be clear about what you want before calling a locksmith so the technician can have everything needed for the job.My spouse and I had different goals for the job so we had to do some negotiating once he arrived, thus changing the scope of the work. Luckily the technician was very patient and helped guide me through the process, even making suggestions for what might make sense. Not at all pushy though. I appreciated the assistance. When my neighbor saw the truck in our driveway, he told me the same company did great work for them as well! Would recommend them.

Had key stolen and had to have locks re-keyed immediately. Called 3 other companies and this one was most responsive. Technician was prompt and could not have been more polite. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Could not have asked for more.

The counter person was as thorough as he could be in trying several potential keys in the lock. He finally gave up that approach and brought out his lock picks and in a few minutes opened the lock. The price was very reasonable for the time he took to meet the need. I can easily do business here again if the need for a locksmith arises.

They came to my house and gave me an estimate. They checked the number of doors and windows that they were installing it on. He just understood what I needed and how many pets we have. When we decided that we would use them, he came over and installed it. I was in city for a very short time and they were really nice about it. The appointments usually take a very long time. They came on a Saturday and they put us on top of their list because we were there only for a short time and we do appreciate that. I really liked their service and the technician who came was really nice and I made several other phone calls to him and he was really very nice. It’s a big company but the technician made me feel like he has a very personal service.
