TruGreen Lawn Care -

I have been using them for about 4 years now. They introduced me to aerating and overseeding, and they communicated everything very well. I have been living here for 45 years now, and for the last 2 to 3 years my yard has been the best it has ever been. They take care of my shrubs and the landscaping, and they keep the bugs off them. They analyze the lawn, and tell me if I need to water the lawn more or things like that. They also give me a flyer for the time of the year describing the things that I need to be aware of, and what the results would be. They are thorough in their work.

They did a fine job. I've used them before. They always make my lawn look better. They are also on time to appointments and very easy to get a hold of.

They are very good about reminding customers about regular maintenance and doing evaluations based on the past year's weather and actually coming out and taking a look at the lawn. It is definitely greener since we have started using their service.

Best lawn treatment I've had. Much better than the others. This spring, and most of the summer, my lawn was gorgeous, the greenest on the street. Then, I had a sprinkler system put in. Now the weeds are horrible. My husband says it's because the ground being torn up for the sprinkler unearthed weeds in the soil. I believe that this is possible, so I will reserve judgment until next season. Very nice people, especially in the office.

Our yard looks good and we are very impressed with the service. We would recommend them to other people any time. They are hard working and are very easy to work with. They have a nice business and the price is reasonable as well.

They are OK. The crew is polite and professional and always shows up on time to do the work. We have had their service for awhile. They have other services available as well but we just have them fertilize.

So far, they have done an okay job. We have a pre-paid service with them for a year and we have problems scheduling them to come at the time we want. Because of the fenced in yard, we miss them or they miss us. I think that things should be a little more organized in that regard.

I used them last year and they continued my service this year without notifying me. They just came and treated my lawn and I don't even know what they used. They gave me a bill that included a late charge and I never received the first bill. I don't feel like I should have to pay because I didn't request the service again this year. They have a statement on each bill "for your convenience service continues from season to season. For a change in service please call our office." This information doesn't tell you what date to call by.

I usually do lawn fertilization and other treatments myself but after talking with a Scotts technician that was canvasing the neighborhood I was convinced that by using them I could save time and money. I was skeptical at first but after I saw the pricing and figuring how much I spend on the chemicals, I figured I'd give it a try. Needless to say I was very pleased with the results and with the size of my yard I couldn't afford not to use them.

Overall, my lawn looks much better than it did before using this service. I have only been using this service for two months, but I am satisfied thus far. On a few occasions, I felt that lawn treatment was inadequate. But, Scotts Lawn Service has been quite responsive and each time they sent a person out to treat my lawn again. So far, no complaints.

TruGreen ChemLawn does a very good job of greening up my lawn in the spring and keeping it in the best shape possible during the hot summer months. They are always willing to come out in between treatments to spot treat for new weeds or take care of any other problems areas I may see in between treatments.

I thought they did it too early. It's still cold and it rained the next day, so not sure if it did much. Last year we hired the company in June, I felt maybe the should've waited until mid march to get started for the season, rather than early February.

They are very regular in their application of lawn products, although I do not think that their products are full effective in controlling weeds in our grass.

TRUEGREEN CHEMLAWN SHOWS UP ON TIME AND DOES A GOOD JOB. THEY KNOCK TO LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE THERE AND LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE LEAVING. THE CREW IS FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND TIMELY. THEY WOULD CALL AND TELL ME WHEN THEY WOULD COME.

THEY DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WOULD CALL BEFORE THEY CAME SO IF WE HAD AND QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS WE COULD ASK THEM. AND YOU COULD ALWAYS TELL THAT THEY HAD BEEN HERE. THEY USED GRANULAR INSTEAD OF LIQUID.

IVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. I KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING.

THEY ARE ON TIME AND DO WHAT WE SAY.

THEY'RE NOT DOING THE JOB, THERE ARE TOO MANY WEEDS AND MOLES.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY DO THE WORK AND LEAVE THE BILL ON THE PORCH.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU ARE COMING AND THEY LEAVE A CALLING CARD.

I GUESS ITS OKAY. I HAVENT HAD THAT MUCH INTERACTION WITH THEM. THEY JUST COME OUT AND DO THEIR THING. THEY REASONABLY PRICED.

IT WAS SATISFACTORY. IT WAS AVERAGE. I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH WILD VIOLETS AND THEY CAN'T CONTROL IT.

THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY WILL COME BACK OUT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED. THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH.

THEY HAVE BEEN COOPERATIVE, THEY FIX MISTAKES AND CALL BEFORE THEY COME.
