It went very good. They were on time, professional, helpful with their suggesstions and they give you a call when there's an issue. We've been very satisfied with their service. They're easy to work with and I've never had any problems with them.

The service they always provided me was great. This year I went online and requested a quote. They called me back in about a minute. After about 30 seconds they just hung up on me. Their service is good, their prices are high, and customer service I just experience was terrible.

I not happy right now. They used the wrong treatment for my bear spot. They still haven't treated it.

Lawn service application (10/25/16) by Mr. William Mosher left most areas untouched with product. Contacted TRUGREEN Customer Service regarding the problem of the multiple, missed areas. They responded in a timely and professional manner. Applied another application to the missed areas. That particular technician did a great job.

They did a pretty good job getting rid of the weeds. There have been a couple of times that I have had to call them.

We are not happy with them. We will probably get another person for the job.Our lawn does not look good, for the amount of money we spend on it. We had an infestation of some kind of bug, and they wait until the patch of grass was dead, to tell us that we were not subscribed for this treatment.We are not happy, and will be going with someone else this spring.

I just thought that they were middle of the road just the average they didn't really go above and beyond to wow me but they weren't terrible either I just think their average. They return my phone call and he returned any emails as well. I would tell them maybe a little more thorough with their follow up.

They put down some spray gut I had dandelions all year and my yard was literally brown for a solid 6 weeks and I called them and they argued and did nothing and were just glad to keep my prepaid $320.00

They killed three of our trees. They sold us tree spraying service and killed three of our beautiful trees with their tree spray. Of course they denied it, but those trees were only sprayed by them last summer. The Office Manager in the St. Louis, MO office said he would contact their specialist. That never happened. Now, we are selling our home. We will have to cut down a beautiful 10 year old Cherry tree, a Dogwood tree and a beautiful Sugar Maple tree. Don't let them get near your property. You will regret it. We would have sued them but the attorney fee would likely be more than the amount we could recover. They are dishonest and are only interested in making the sale. Believe it or not, after all that has happened, they continue to call us for new service - evidence that they only care for the sale. They provided the worst (dangerous) service we have ever had. (50 years). Don't get near them. If they presently service you, drop them. They don't belong in the market. Dr. Doyle W. Banks, Ph.D.

We quit using them because they had gone up on their fee. It is always on their schedule. It is not ours. They get you to sign a contract, and then, they come out and do so many treatments per year.

I have used them for several years and my lawn looks great.

Everyone compliments me on my lawn. I am very satisfied with them. They do what they need to do and they are very quiet. They leave information for me on the door and send me an email on any problems that they encountered. They send me a monthly newsletter of new products or treatment process they may have. They are very professional and we have been using them for about 5 years now. They do not leave a mess behind.

The tech over fertilized a stripe in my yard. I called to complain and it took 3 weeks for a manager to come look at it and when he did he said it wasn't that bad. Instead of apologizing and not charging for the poor service, they charged me a 7.50 late fee. The service ticket they leave you shows how long they spend in your yard and for me it was rarely more than 5 minutes. I was billed for a treatment that I wasn't even sure they did. When they treat your yard the normally put a bag on your front door with the bill and an explanation of what they did. The last treatment of last year I never got this bag, just a bill in the mail. When I called them on it, they couldn't get a hold of the tech that supposedly did the job because he was laid off for the season and they credited my account. Other than the complete lack of customer service, I thought they did an ok job. I think they could have done better if they spent more time on problem areas instead of just trying to get done.

My experience has been fine. We liked them. They tell you ahead of time when they're coming and remind you you're supposed to leave your pets inside. They'll come to the door and knock to see if anybody is there and then ask you if you have any concerns or anything else. They put weed control and fertilizer.

I had this company for 18 years. I don't know what they use now...but my lawn is full of weeds and ok color. Calling them now to arrange a service call.

I have used TruGreen for years and could not be happier with the results. They respond quickly to any of my concerns which are few.

They go here every month. They have a good reputation and they stay on top of it and keeps you inform about everything. They usually call me every month asking if everything's all right. They're pretty good.

They've been working on my lawn for several years but I didn't continue using their services this year. They have a tendency to be inconsistent between their marketing and their billing. They'll advertise discount for prepayment and they'll go ahead and do the job before receiving the prepayment. Then, they won't give the discount because they say it was not a prepayment because they did the job first but they did the job before the deadline on the prepayment. They would say, like, "If you prepaid before March 1, then you get this discount". They'll do the job before March 1 and justify that it wasn't really a prepayment. It's either their billing is not as kilter with their marketing or they're just playing games with the customer--I don't know which. Sometimes they honor what they say if the customer makes an argument and sometimes they don't. The money is not a big deal but what they do is irritating. Another thing they do is they'll have a contract for fertilization and aeration then they'll call unexpectedly and say, "I'm calling to schedule your lawn treatment". They make it seem as though it's just part of a deal and they just want to know if what particular day is a good day to do it. Well, it's not part of the deal and it's an extra charge because they don't tell how much it really is. The next thing customers know is that they have an unexpected bill because it wasn't really a part of the deal but an extra charge. This marketing tricks people up in various ways and I just got tired of it. Sometimes they schedule things but they usually show up without warning. One time, they showed up to do an aeration job and I had a tree down at my backyard. The whole backyard was covered by the drop zone of a huge tree that had fallen and so they could not do the job. However, they submitted a worksheet saying that they had done the job when I know perfectly well that they could not possibly have done the job. I did complain about that and they came back and did that again at the end of October. It was for seeding and aeration and seeding at the end of October is totally ineffective.

They didn't get rid of the weeds like they should have. I had an incident where they put down one application and it burned the grass. They didn't want to own up to it or anything like that. They didn't want to make anything better until I told them I was thinking about changing and going to another company. Then they wanted to do things and it was too late by then.

My experience has gone very well. I have been using this company for about 15 years now. The staff is professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is reasonable and are good with checking in with me first before starting work. I would recommend this company to others.

The chemicals that were used damaged my lawn and garden. This is not the first time this has happened and there have been instances where the company has dragged their equipment through my lawn and garden causing additional damage. I have contacted the company on several occasions where I was told that a manager would call me back, but that never happens. The company is supposed to put up a barrier to prevent the chemicals from drifting into my lawn, but that hasn't happened either.

Nikki is so nice! She's dependable, honest and conscientious. Does a great job! She works hourly so profitless and keep price predictable.

Grass is doing well, in view of all the rain. It's a bit early for me to analyze, since I've only used them for one month.

Scotts LawnService Green Park has been providing care for our lawn for several years now. We continue to use their services because of their excellent customer service and professional advice. They are always quick to respond with answers to our questions, but also if there is a problem. Their services helped us to restore our lawn following several months of construction left it in very bad shape. They are very good people to work with.
