They were able to come the same day I called and the rep checked everything and found the problem was bolts that needed to be replaced.

I phoned at 8 a.m. on a Monday and the gentleman was at my house about two hours later as discussed. He quickly identified and repaired the problem. He was friendly and professional and I am pleased with the service.

The company gave me several choices of time slots. The repairman called me 30 minutes ahead of time for my appt. He was very thorough and pleasant. Our garage door is working great and the price was very appropriate. We will definitely use this company again

Called around 5 o'clock on 1/2/13 and told them I need the torsion spring replaced as it had broken. They had it scheduled for between 10 and 12 the next day with a call about half hour ahead of time to let me know the repair person was coming. He arrived on time, gave me a estimate, fixed the garage door and was on his way in about a hour. Very pleasant man, upfront about cost (only one spring was broken but I had them both replaced as they were the same age) no pressure to buy the second spring but the cost was about $35.00 lower than if I purchased them separately. I am very pleased with my service and will use again if needed.

The new doors were installed on 10.2.12. They are fabulous! The work was done on time; the doors and new rails are very good quality; everything was cleaned afterward; the old stuff was hauled away. We have no complaints at all! The guys adjusted our old garage door openers to allow for the much lighter weight of the new doors (compared to the old wooden doors). We opted to go with the insulated, fully wrapped doors - higher quality but only slightly higher in price - and we are very glad we did. We highly recommend this company.

A lightning strike nearby caused an electrical disturbance which affected our garage door opener (among other things!). The work was done promptly and the man who came out was very capable, cheerful, and friendly. A second call was necessary because the door or chain was making clicking noises as it went up and down. After checking, he discovered that the nose piece was bad and had to be replaced also. He was very capable and only charged half on the labor for the second call (which took about an hour). We are quite satisfied with the work and the way it was handled.

I phoned Queen City at 9:15 a.m. The dispatcher was polite, pleasant, and attentive to my schedule. A repairman was able to meet me at 11 a.m. He was polite, pleasant, professional. He explained what he was doing as he worked, resolved the issue in a timely manner, and offered potential explanations for what happened. Queen City saved me a week of parking in my driveway (and hearing about it from my wife) and then fumbling my tools and breaking my knuckles all weekend. And, the price was reasonable for a service call. The repairman was straightforward, did not try and upsell me, and completed the repair on the spot.

My husband and I were very pleased with this company's service. To start with, the woman who answered the phone was friendly, helpful and was willing to estimate what the repair would cost over the phone. She was quite accurate with her estimate. The serviceman came the same day, even though we didn't call until after 10:00 a.m. He replaced the broken cable on one side of the door. He explained to my husband that sometimes it would be appropriate to replace both sides even if only one was broken, but that it wasn't necessary in our case because the other side had obviously been replaced recently. Since the basic service call fee includes an hour of labor and he finished in less than an hour, he spent the rest of the time oiling, tightening, straightening and otherwise tweaking both doors. Now they both open very smoothly and much quieter than before, problems I didn't even know I had until I noticed that they were better!
