Perfectly. Works like a charm. job was fast, efficient and worth the total cost of $430. Tanya handled the whole thing over the phone while I was out of town. I recommend Queen City.

I was very pleased. The work had to be done in a hurry because the old door was damaged, leaving house/garage open to everyone. Queen City had it done in 24 hours at a reasonable price for a good door.

He called Monday afternoon. He said he would try to come between 9:00 and 11:00 today. He called at 8:12 and said he would be here at 9:00. He arrived at 8:55. He checked the main unit and found that the circuit board had been struk by lighting. It did not take him long to replace it. He showed me the burnt breaker. He also fixed another small problem I had with my other door. I was charged for the new breaker and the service call. He got everything done in half an hour. I was very pleased.

I called Queen City Door Company based upon the good reviews on Angie's List. They had an opening to fix my door today. I am so happy with the service that they provided and pleased by the cost of the repair. I definitely recommend them for any garage door repair and I will call them back if I need any service to my garage doors in the future. +++

I called Friday 1/2/2015 morning, and set an appointment for that same day. The service man called prior to arriving. He arrived as promised, and proceded to assess the problem. He repaired the the opener in a timely manner. He was friendly, and answered my questions. He showed me the part to be replaced, and completed the work.

I have used Queen City on several occasions, and they are always very quick to respond to my service requests. Great price, and they are very knowledgable about their business. On this particular occasion, the repairman went above and beyond what I requested by repairing a light fixture on the ceiling of the garage, which he suspected was related to the current problem, which was l likely caused by a lightning strike. I was very impressed and very pleased with their services.

They had one employee to complete the job. They did a fine job. They just put the door up in a timely manner.

Straightened and reinforced garage door, fied opener arm and reattached to garage door.

We have had no problems with the garage door or the opener or the code pad. Everything is still working fine. Very pleased.

Great experience. The gentleman that did the repairs came out the next day at the time that I asked for and repaired my door quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and the price was very reasonable for the work that was done. Would definitely use Queen City again!

Called and set appointment time. Repair tech arrived as promised. Very professional. Explained problem and gave two remedies. Did requested work. at agreed price and completely adjusted door. He serviced the door far beyond what was agreed on and fixed problems that were not in the agreement. What great service. Will use their service again if needed. He was also very quick with repair.

Fanatastic, the other guy was scheduled to show at 9:30. no show and no response to our calls. We called Queen City and they came right out and repaired what needed repairingthe same day. Fantastic!!!!

It went well, very fast. Took him about 20 minutes to do the work and cost me about $60.00 for the labor for 1/3 hr. Seems pricey to me for the brief time and skill it took to do the job.

Came the same day we called him. offered to either repair or replace, we chose to replace and added electronic key pad. Love our new garage door now! Would refer to friends !!!

They came out the same day I called. Saw what was wrong right away and in 30 minutes it was fixed. VERY happy. I think the price was fair and the service great. Would sure use this company again.

Awesome. Tonya at the office and Dale, the serviceman, were punctual, professional, and communicative. I called to place an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they had a slot open around lunch. Tonya said she would confirm with the technician and call me back within 15 minutes. She kept her word and Dale showed up on time. He was fast and efficient and with no parts used the cost was only an hours trip charge.

We needed this done quickly because of other work being performed on the house. It was less than a week from first contact to completion. These people not only know how to do the work, they also have the and quot;people skillsand quot; necessary to put you at ease about getting it done. Everything went well and I know that I have someone I can call if and when I need help with the garage door.

I contacted Queen City Door on 12/2/13. I don't know much about garage doors/openers but Tonya asked great questions to determine what services I might need (and did not make me feel stupid in the process). She was very friendly and scheduled the repair for 8:30am on 12/3/13. She told me the technician would call before he arrived. At 8:10am on 12/3/13, Brad called and let me know he was on the way and would be there at 8:30am. He arrived on time and was very friendly to work with. I talked to him about the issues I was having and he gave me a ballpark idea on the cost (which is all I asked for) then went right to work. I felt like Brad went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't have any additional problems and to keep the equipment in good working order. The price was very reasonable and fair. By 10:30am, all the issues were fixed, the bill was paid and I was headed to work. I will highly recommend Queen City Door to all my family and friends!

He did a fantastic job very friendly and even did some extra lubing and cleaning of the garage door parts just to help out. Quick in and out in less than 30 min.

Dale was here in 15 minutes. Great guy, amazing work. Followed through with extras including worn part replacement.

The service rep was timely and very courteous. He had to leave to retrieve a new part but was back quickly. I would highly recommend Queen City for all your garage door needs.

Called for service at 1:30 pm and service tech (Brad) arrived and had broken spring replaced, and completed courtesy adjustment of both garage doors by 3:30 pm. Price was fair. Quality of service was excellent. Customer service experience was excellent.
