Description of Work: Replaced springs. One had broken. Work was done in 2008. No problem since. They put a cable though each spring to prevent any damage if/when it breaks again.

Description of Work: I could not get the garage door to go down. In pulling the cord (on a ladder) I fell off the ladder. I was banged up. I called them and they came right out to fix my garage door. My appointment wasn't for 2 days, but they were so responsive and helpful. He fixed the door and did maintenance on it. He charged me for a maintenance visit. I don't remember the exact amount.

+ -1 moreAfter calling a couple of places to get estimates, I decided to use this company based on price, customer service, and response time. The technician came prepared and took his time installing the new door openers onto our existing doors. He was respectful, professional, and tidy while he worked. He showed me how to operate the doors and trouble-shoot any future small problems with the chains or openers. He even waxed the rollers of the existing doors so they didn't make as much noise, even though he didn't have to do this.
Description of Work: Replaced three old garage door openers with updated ones with safety sensors.

The service man called before coming, was here when he said he'd be, and did an excellent job. The service fee was reasonable with no weekend or after-hour rate charges. We will use them again if/when we need help.
Description of Work: The garage door raiser quit operating, which required a service call. It happened late in the afternoon on Friday on Thanksgiving weekend, so I was not sure if anyone would be available until Monday.
