Description of Work: Two cleaners sent out for a few hours. It was a gift so I am not sure about cost. They did not quite get the whole house cleaned but did a good job with what they did clean.

Description of Work: The one lady was fine for cleaning the bathroom. The other girl was not good. She seemed to have no interest in her job. Missed so many places where she just had to dust.

If I would have received one I most definitely would have taken care of any issues in a timely manner. One of the cleaners who came to your home was younger and isn't very chatty. But honestly, I think she tries to always put her best foot forward. I apologize for any unhappiness you might have had and can most definitely make it right. I would be happy to send another crew out to take care of your cleaning needs and prove my employees are very good and really do care about your home.

Description of Work: One person can clean my house in 5 house but 2 people from this company couldn't finish in 4 hours. The cleaning was ok at best but the showers,however were awful. I spent 10 minutes rearranging stuff they moved and didn't put back in place. I can tell one of the cleaners enjoyed my couch because the throw pillows were all tossed to the side and never put back. I wonder if this is why my list wasn't done on time?

I'm sorry you feel this way. I know for a fact nobody enjoyed your couch, because I came and checked on them for quality control. Your home is very nice, and not exactly small. The girls did their best to accomplish your list in a timely manner. These same two ladies clean homes for very picky doctors, lawyers, and judges...I have never had this type of complaint left by a customer on them.
