The work Jennifer did was many hours of removing piles of stuff, sorting, cleaning, with bags going to trash, donate, small amount the resident wanted to keep, serious cleaning needed and done. When I first realized the work needed to be done I wasn't sure I could find anyone that would actually do it. Jennifer just tackled it head on, dug in and got it done. With kindness, honesty and efficiency. Jennifer was a lifesaver and a jewel. I would recommend her totally, and would rehire her in a heartbeat. It wasn't cheap but was worth every penny. She worked around her other work and on weekends to get it done. Thank you Jennifer.

Perfectly satisfied with the two ladies that did the cleaning. All communications, both email and phone, was quick, efficient, and informative. While it seems many in the service industry keep the customer "wondering" (what's happening, when will they show, etc), this wasn't the case with Jennifer's company. 100% .......great company with superb service.

Cleaners represented the company well. One person showed up extremely late due to other obligations. Christen showed up early and knocked out most of what we had asked for. She's a rockstar! Will be calling again as soon as we have arranged moved "stuff". Brad

Jennifer's employees arrived promptly and got right to work. They listened to my concerns and took care of everything to my satisfaction. The house looks great!.

They good, they are very good. Price depends on what they do for you. I'd give them "A's" down the line and I would use them again.

Called and made apt for a future date while we were away on vacation. My parents were house-sitting so that made us feel better about having "strangers" come into our house for the first time. After returning to Springfield I have learned that several places have a "good is good enough" mentality for customer service and their professional services. After only one cleaning I do not believe that Jennifer's cleaning is this way. My parents said they were incredibly polite, on time and worked the entire 3 hours they were at my house. It looks great! I will use them again and will even pay to have my parents house done as a gift now. I fully recommend this business.

I understand it was during the holidays and we were added in to our gals schedule because of an illness. I think I would have rather had the work cancelled. The girls that came were good, but not motivated because they had to work without lunch. Communication was not great because we were an add on to them.

They were excellent. It was expensive for what they did.

Well. One of the women was especially focused and worked very hard. I appreciated that anything I requested was done satisfactorily.

It went very well. The ladies are always on time and get the job done quickly. I have used Jennifer's Cleaning for over a year now. I am very satisfied with the work they do and will continue to use their services. Danette Rich is who comes to my home with an assistant and she knows what I need done and does it without having to be babysat and I appreciate that. I highly recommend this service.

They were marginal. I don't think I would use them again. There were a couple of little things that weren't of value that went missing. It was aggravating. They might have done it accidentally. There was no followup from that company. I was a little confused in terms of the deal. It said 4 hours of house cleaning. I think that applied to if one person were coming. Three people came and they were here for two to two and a half hours. The tub wasn't clean.

It's a great feeling each week when I come in to find that Jeremy and Sheila have turned our home into a sparkling, organized, and welcoming place. As a busy single mom of three, before I found Jennifer's cleaning I was frequently stressed out, trying to balance quality time with the kids, and keeping up with the house. Since adding Jeremy and Sheila to my team, I am able to spend more of my time after work focused on helping with homework and building a strong foundation for my three angels. I can't say enough about the blessing the team has been to our family, and how grateful I am for the consistently outstanding work they do.

Generally speaking things are great, they perform the service when we are not at home, nothing has ever come up missing, they don't leave their personal items behind or move our personal items drastically (just straighten them up). The services mentioned above are all performed to the level that I would expect. That being said, there are a few more minor detail items that aren't completed that I would expect such as dusting cobwebs in the corners where the walls meet either the floor or ceiling, and wiping down the cabinets where needed. Previously we had made a comment about some areas having cleaning chemical still on them hours later like too much was used but this was corrected within the next service. Again, we are quite happy with the service and I have recommended it to others.

Every cleaning in our office has been done to perfection. Can't say one negative thing about Jennifer's Cleaning or Danette the person that takes care of our office.

They came out not just one time but a couple of times. I have used her many times.

I called to obtain pricing for a move-out cleaning. The person on the phone was friendly, responsive, and willing to work with my chaotic scheduling. The ladies who came out to do the cleaning were professional and very sweet. They did a wonderful job in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable cost. I will definitely use this company in the future.

The two ladies did a good job and cleaned what I had asked. I would have them back again to do cleaning!

They girls did great. They did everything I had asked. When I returned to the house, they were working h****** the kitchen floor, that was very dirty. They were going over it in different methods to get it as clean as possible. The bed was made as I asked, the house looked good. I will definitely use Jennifer again when I need her help. I've had very positive experiences with her company.

I wasnt't overly impressed. I had to remop the floors theybwere streaked. I felt like they wandered arround not really knowing what to do. If I use them again I would want another team. I was not happy with this one.

Miranda and Katie came into the house and asked me what I would like for them to do. There were no set things they would or would not do which I appreciated.. They did an excellent job. Cleaned and then polished kitchen cabinet doors, dusting and sweeping wall high stone fireplace, sweeping under furniture cushions and removing dog hairs from furniture, cleaned baseboards and swept all of the carpets to the baseboards along with a good cleaning of all of the house and changing bed sheets. In the laundry room, Miranda also recommended a change where laundry products and cleaning products were located to make them handier for me. I am going to continue house cleaning services with Jennifer's Cleaning. I am planning a special project of organizing the master bedroom closet.

First of all, they were 45 minutes late, due to not been given directions by a Supervisor. The owner was very rude to my wife on the phone. The girls who cleaned our place were not professional and very careless with our things. They unplugged our modem and ADT security system without asking us. Towards the end of their job at our place, they asked to take a break and for candy due to have eaten earlier. They didn't put things back from where they found things. UPDATED: 6/20/2015 They came out today to redeem themselves (6/20/15). They gave me 4 hours of cleaning for free. I am undecided if I will them again. I changed the grade from an "F" to an "A". UPDATED: 06/30/2015 One of the girls that came out to clean my house, who no longer works for the company, stole my phone charger and my charging cord. I know this because another worker told me and the owner that the girl had admitted doing it. The owner stated that she would send a check to reimburse me for the charger/cord. As of today, I still have not received the check.

Jennifer and Miranda have given me my house back! I am full time nursing student and have no time to keep up with everything. Dust and dog hair had taken over my house and they did such a great job! I will be using them bi-weekly for the rest of my life I am pretty confident in. They are professional, trustworthy, and I have already recommended them to friends and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Due to surgery and a lengthy recovery, I required assistance doing basic house cleaning. Some things were overlooked the first time. However, it was one employee's first day. I mentioned it to Jennifer. They returned three weeks later and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Jennifer's services!! She is very personable, professional, timely, flexible, and company is licensed and insured. Thank you, Jennifer!!!

I am very satisfied. We started out with a general cleaning to then come up with list of specific cleaning tasked for future visits. The girls were both friendly and very professional as well as thorough and efficient. I'm a happy customer and look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks.
