Description of Work: Definitely not the cheapest quote at $600 for the whole house. But since I only needed the back done (due to moss), they said they'd do it for $250. When he came out, he ended up doing about half the entire house (which was more than I expected). As far as the end result, I couldn't be happier. It looks like new from top to bottom. We have a pool and deck in the back I was afraid would be a problem, but they got around it easily. I will use them every spring. Worth the money!

Description of Work: We live on a steep lot and have a 4 story home; the west side didn't need cleaning. They did an excellent job cleaning the roof, 3 sides and driveway. They could reach even the tallest (approx. 65') gable ends of our home with their equipment. They kept us well informed of weather delay due to rain and came when they said they would arrive, finished the work within the time they said the job would take. I strongly recommend these folks and would definitely use them again!

The gentleman and his helper were wonderful. They brought with themm a ton of equipment, got right to work and accomplished the job in less than two and a half hours. They explained the process. Worked nonstop. When they were finished, my house sparkled in the fall sunlight. What a treat. The pice was competitive and I was very pleased with the job.
Description of Work: Exterior Pro Wash power washed by 2400 sq foot house, the second garage, and the concrete driveway. This had not been done for several years and had accumulated mildew from our close proximity to Lake Taneycomo.

Explained what they could do and what it would cost, came when they said and went right to work. Adjusted anything necessary while working. Did a great job in a professional way.
Description of Work: Power wash the deck to remove peeling paint, washed house and out buildings, soft washed roof on buildings to remove stuff on north side, cleaned deck concrete to new look.
