Exterior Pro Wash, LLC

This is the second time I've had my home cleaned by Exterior ProWash. I was so impressed the first time, I would not consider calling another company. The house had dirt, pollen and mold on it. Lucian did an excellent job. He really knows his business. I didn't think he would be able to reach the top of the second story, but he was able to, and even remove wasp nests with his equipment. The house looks brand new. Audra was so helpful to assist in scheduling the job to accommodate my schedule. My sister lives close by and she was so impressed with their work, she hired them to clean her home also. From now on when I schedule, both houses will be included. Exterior ProWash does not disappoint!

I used them in 2014 search everywhere and tried to find them again and I was successful.I used them again in 2017, It went very well, they are extremely professional, kind, caring and very honest people. I will use no one else.

I contacted Exterior Pro Wash LLC and they were able to give me an estimate right over the phone based on the square footage of the house. We set a date for them to do the cleaning and everything went smoothly. I live out-of-town and had to get this done for my daughter, so it was great that this could be done without having to travel to Springfield MO. My daughter could not believe how much better the house looked afterward.

Audra responded immediately to my email and provided a free estimate and detailed explanation of services, answering several follow-up questions patiently and professionally. She then provided a written contract and documentation of insurance and set a date for the house to be washed and the algae removed. At the last minute, I added the deck to the agreement, and we were charged only a nominal fee for the additional work. The work was begun on time, and I was given a walk-through before the cleaning began so that I understood exactly what the process entailed. Our house has several additions, dormer windows, and hard-to-reach areas on the outside of the second floor, but these were all free of algae by the end of the three hour job. The algae was really bad all over the north side of the house, and Exterior Pro Wash managed to remove ALL OF IT, leaving not trace. They even removed the algae from the clothesline holder, cellar door, and from behind the water barrels, doing a very detailed and thorough job. The vinyl looked new again. All the algae between the banisters on the deck railing was gone, and even the windows were not spotted or streaked. This was a very well-organized, polite, professional-yet-friendly and customer-satisfaction-driven business experience. I looked into other house-washing companies in Springfield, and none could give me the guarantee of coming back to finish the job should I not be satisfied as Exterior Pro Wash did. This was a very enjoyable transaction.

The entire process -- scheduling, price estimate and completion of work -- was done with professionalism and courtesy. They are totally focused on quality. We will use them again in the future, if necessary. Roof cleaning caries a 3-year guarantee, a big plus for us. Highly recommended!

The service from start to finish was very professional. I cannot believe that he was able to get my house as clean as he did. If you hire anyone else you're wasting your time and Money. Call Audra and immediately you will know they are above board. Lucian absolutely knows what he is doing. He was hear for maybe 2 hours and made the house and the garage look like new. We have had our home professionally power washed several times over the years and this is the best service for the money we have had. Highly recommend. They do a great job very efficient and wonderful results. Very courteous when setting up the appointment and very prompt and getting the job done. Would highly recommend!

We used their services and were satisfied. They were here a week ago, he had called and said when he would come, so it was a reasonable time. There were a few spots that didn't come off, but it wasn't his fault. He tried removing the stains. They were on time. He was very nice. I would recommend him.

It was very pricey compared to other companies but the quality of the work was excellent plus they guarantee their work. I was very pleased with how the house and shop looked after he was finished. He did a thorough job.

Excellent job! Audra was very timely with a call back time and scheduling around my work schedule. Lucian did an amazing job on the siding including removing the dirt and mold from the gutters and siding. He went the extra mile and made the deck and outdoor furniture/cushions look brand new for the amount of price that was agreed upon without additional charges. Lucian was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. I am so glad that I didn't try to tackle this job on my own. We definitely will use Exterior Prowash in the future! I saved $52 by being a member with Angie's List! It went perfectly. He was here when he was supposed to be, and after we had a good rain, the roof looks just like it was brand new again! I now plan on using them to wash the exterior of my home next Spring, and the price they gave me for it was very reasonable.

My initial telephone call was answered promptly, the appointment for an evaluation was scheduled for the next day at a specific time, the technician called me in advance of his arrival and arrived at the scheduled time, the problem, solution, and cost were explained, the job was scheduled promptly at a time convenient to me, the Certificate of Liability Insurance was provided, and the job was performed as promised at the scheduled time. Lucian and his assistant arrived exactly on time for the job! We had not decided on the roof cleaning yet. Lucian was very professional and explained the high volume low pressure procedure to me so I would understand that this process was not going to damage my roofing shingles. We looked at the areas of my roof that the tree overhand had caused mold spores to grow. It was clear to us that besides the stains being unsightly, they may damage the roof shingles over time. We decided to do the house wash and the roof cleaning. I was apprehensive to do the roof right at winter because I was afraid it would regrow over the winter. Lucian assured me that would not happen and reminded me that a 1000 day guarantee is provided with his service. That works for me!! We are very happy with the job Exterior Pro Wash did. The difference between a professional and a guy with a standard power washer is remarkable.

It all went as planned. They said they would come around noon and that is when they came. After they had done the power washing they asked me to come out and check it out, to make sure that they did a job that meant my expectation. They did a great job. They also were very professional and easy to work with.

They were great! Because of the age of our house, He used lower pressure washing, and did the front decking also. I had no idea that it would make such a difference! Very personal service, and a pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again, And I highly recommend them.
