Delong Plumbing

I was happy with the service but I thought their price was extremely high. They seemed very professional and everybody was quite nice. I thought they were overpriced but I had to have the service done. They treated me nice and their service was good and I had heard good things about them so I was not shy as far as using them.

I called they sent someone the same day. He arrived was prompt,professional and fixed the problem.

WE WERE HAVING AN OFF AND ON PROBLEM FOR SOME TIME WITH THE BATH DRAIN NOT DRAINING . STEVE TRIED UN STOPPING THE DRAIN FROM TOP SIDE WITH NO SUCCESS. HE WENT UNDER THE HOUSE AND FELT THE BEST AND WAY TO CURE THIS PROBLEM WAS TO REPLACE THE DRAIN PIPE AND TRAP-------WHICH HE DID. STEVE WAS VERY NICE AND WE WILL CERTAINLY ASK FOR HIM TO COME BACK AND DO ANY WORK WE MAY HAVE DONE IN THE FUTURE.

It was excellent. They sent Duane Crouse out, he fount the issue in moments and repaired it almost as fast! We have not had an issue since. I was very pleased with his professionalism and he was a very kind person. I would and have suggested them to both friends and family. If we call, we will be asking for Duane!

Will never recommend this company to anyone for anything.

I have had numerous employees of Delong Plumbing to my house over the last 20 years including the owner, Gary Delong. They have fixed easy problems and difficult recurrent problems that were hard to diagnose. On the hard problems the owner even came over to fix work his men did not completely resolve. He did not charge me for anything where he or any of his employees failed to fix the problem in the first place. Sometimes when you work on furnaces it is not always clear what is wrong. Maybe it's one part or maybe another that has failed. Sometimes it takes more than one trip to fix a problem. Delong Plumbing have always been fair with me and have never taken advantage of me, even when they could have. The owner is an ethical man and tries to do the right thing by his customers. He treats his employees with respect and pays them well. They are loyal and all love him and would do anything for him as he would for them. This mind set gives the employees what they need to treat the customer well and they know that their boss will back them up. The company appears to be well run and happy employees are generally good employees and all this happiness overflows to the customers that really benefit from the positive work environment that the owner creates. His motto is and quot;happy customers are repeat customersand quot; and this has worked well for this company. I always recommend this company to anyone who askes me about who to go to for AC/Heating/Plumbing work.

Previous homeowner had frozen the pipes for the outdoor faucets. The service man not only fixed both of them but also fixed a show knob issue as well and did not even charge for the extra work. Very nice people to work with.

Delong Plumbing put in a gas line for a new range. They did everything I asked. They did it quickly, efficiently, and professionally. When my range was delivered, Sears refused to install it even though they were supposed to. I called Delong back and they came out first thing the next morning and installed the range immediately and professionally. Since this was a gas appliance, faith in correct installation was a must. Deling delivered on all facets if my experience. GREAT job!21

Great work very satisfied..

We had our house inspected before buying it in April 2012. The inspector noted two outside hydrants were leaky. My husband fixed one but couldn't fix the other. We called a handyman, who said he didn't want to crawl under the house and deal with it, and he recommended DeLong Plumbing. I called them. They could have sent someone out immediately, but we asked them to come the next morning because we had plans that day. The first plumber came out the next morning, crawled under the house, and said he could fix the hydrant but we needed to be aware of another situation. We had sewage leaking into the crawl space. Our house was built in 1966 and remodeled several years ago. Whoever did the remodeling apparently cobbled together the old cast iron sewer pipe with PVC pipe and somehow the sewage from one of the connections was backing up and developing leaks under the house. The first plumber called out his supervisor, who came out and explained the entire situation to us. He recommended replacing the entire wastewater system with PVC and gave us a $3,200 estimate. He told us it would take two days and our water would be off during that time. The men came out Monday morning. We were able to use the plumbing until a little before noon, when he told us he was turning off the water. We went to eat and came back. About 3 p.m. he told us the water was back on for the evening, which was good news and mdash; we thought we would have to go to a motel for the night, and we really didn't need that expense in addition to the plumbing. They came back the next morning and by noon the entire job was finished. The plumbers were professional and efficient, Judy in the office was nice to deal with, and the job came in as estimated. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

They were prompt and professional. They knew what they were doing. They stayed longer than they probably should have because we had special needs and they helped us.

There was no surcharge. They came out on time and they were good people, they won't talk down to you. The only problem was that the previous homeowners left all of the paperwork was left from other repairs. The ice maker had needed repairs before but since they came out it has worked fine.

It was good, except he cut a hole in the wall under the kitchen sink. I had to have another man come out and repair the hole. The plumber DeLong sent said, at the time, that I wouldn't be responsible for the bill to repair the hole, but when I contacted them later, they said that because I didn't have it in writing, it was my bill to pay.

They did all our plumbing. They do maintenance on our water heater as well. They are very dependable and very honest. They are very prompt at coming out if you call them for an emergency.

The job went well overall. They insisted on coming out to the house before they would provide me a quote on anything which was good from the stand point of making sure that we got an accurate quote. But at the same time it required me having to be present for an extra time. They were able to do the work in less time than what they quoted me.

They could come out very quickly and repair the main water line to our home. They came out and checked on us even though there was four inches of snow on the ground, and they could not get the equipment out.

They are responsive and they are service oriented. I think they are priced a little high but they did a good job.

They are always prompt, polite, and courteous. They do a good job. I have used them on both of my properties and they have always charged a fair amount. They come when they say they will.

I really like the plumbing company. They were able to come right out when I called. They were here when they said they would be. The price was approximately what they had quoted me for what I told them I was going to have done. Duane, the guy that came out, was just the nicest man in the world.

Totally a waste of my money and time.

Called and made an appointment. They came out on time. Set new seal and leveled toilet + installed new shut-off valve. The job was completed in about two (2) hours.

It cost me a third of what they had estimated which was pretty awesome. They were very timely, I called them in the morning they came and gave me an estimate. The very next morning they came and took care of it. They were on top of things all the way around. I thought it was a high estimate but I went with them not because of the cost but because they were willing to come out the next day. They happened to dig right where the problem was and they just worked out perfectly. They was a way they could have got me to spend more but they didn't.

They stayed overtime and didn’t charge us for the overtime. The machine they brought wasn't long enough the first time so another guy came and they hooked two machines together and finally got to the problem and dealt with it. We haven't had any problem since. They stayed late. They have generally been very good to us. The only time we felt ripped off was one time several years ago we had an emergency situation and we felt we got ripped there. Don has always been fair and competent. They are not the cheapest but they are reasonable.

Overall kind of disappointed as I got more than I wanted or needed/

They cleaned everything up. They were very professional and also very nice. Their prices are reasonable. The work was well done. I'd recommend them to anyone!
