Description of Work: Stopped water leak in bathroom. They were in and out quick and did a great job. Would definately use again.

Description of Work: I used Delongs to install a new water softner and replace a propane water heater. The estimator was there when I got off of work and was able to provide a quote prior to leaving. His quote was around 5% cheaper than the two other plumbers that I contacted and they installed the equipment a couple days after I awarded them the bid. The installers were professional and extremely knowledgable about the new equipment being installed. The installer took the time to explain the maintenance and operation of the equipment and was not agaitated to answer all questions.

Description of Work: replace washer & dryer faucets , replace dryer vent all the way out of the house, replaced the pipes to the garbage disposal,cleaned the tank less water heater, replaced two faucets under the kitchen sink

Description of Work: Our water softening unit filled with water in the salt tank, we called DeLong's & they assured us they were experienced in working on these units. Two service people came out on first visit & told us there was nothing wrong with the unit. We insisted they send someone else out to verify. Two more service people showed up & confirmed there was nothing wrong with the unit. They charged us $80.00 for nothing! My husband went to Lowe's, talked to the plumbing manager who sold us an inexpensive gasket, which we installed ourselves & it fixed the problem. Seems like DeLong's "experts" would have known what to do by seeing the problem....the Lowe's person knew what to do with only our description & no charge!

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment to get a quote on a new heating and ac system and was given a scheduled time of between 11am and 1pm. No one ever showed up or even called to give an explanation.

Description of Work: these are the individuals that serviced my home warranty. I repeatedly ask for a different service dealer. They totally messed up the installation of the new water heater and installed it wrong - I had to pay someone else to correct it. They installed the wrong motor blower on my unit and exposing it to future repairs.
