Description of Work: We have been having a lot of problems with ants. I checked Angie's list and found that they were very high rated so I emailed them to find out about their services. I was very impressed with their speedy feedback. I asked several questions over a period of several emails and got very quick responses. At this point we are still considering our options but I will probably give Bug Zero a chance if we decide to go that route.

Description of Work: Inspected for evidence of termites/termite damage, spot treated for termites, installed termite monitors and rodent traps, sprayed perimeter of house for insects. They were punctual, courteous and professional. They explained the what and why of their process.

Description of Work: We continued to have problems after the initial visit and they have returned twice and completely taken care of the problem. I do feel the price is a little high and I would like for them to call and schedule with me instead of just notifying me when they're coming.

Description of Work: I called Bug Zero and learned about their program and they were very prompt and very nice. I had to call them back out but for a different problem and they were here in 48 hours. I would deffinately recommend them and will continue to use them. They are all very nice and helpful, the guy that came out was the same one both times and I think that is great because they learn about your home and your family. Which makes it easier on everyone to know what needs to be done and how many problems you have with your home. He was really great and the girls that answer the phone are so super sweet. They make you feel like your talking to a friend rather than a stranger. Thank you Bug Zero.

 + -1 moreUsed their services in the past but cancelled due to financial reasons. Time passed and we realized we might have termites again! Called and set up a time for the technician to come out, he was there in the estimated time frame, did the inspection and to our suprise found we had NO termite activity. The technician installed the termite detectors and rodent boxes around the perimeter of the house, did an external perimeter treatment and than indoor treatment. He was friendly and knowledgable, gave us great payment options for bi-monthly treatment and let us know we could call with any questions. He was prepared to do the treatment and work at the time of the inspection and estimate. I feel the cost is equal to the work performed. I love this company, with their service I never have to worry about termites munching on the beams supporting my home or spiders lurking in the corners! They definatly put my mind at ease.
Description of Work: Termite inspection under the house and around the perimeter, pest inspection and treatment in the attic, outside the house and inside the house.
