Bug Zero

Conner was very pleasant to work with. He listened to us and looked were the ants were coming from. He not only checked under the house but in the attic too! A plan was devised and put in place. He was not in a hurry to finish the job. He spent an hour and forty five minutes. The big plus for us is that the product used is pet and child friendly. We will recommend this business to others.

The initial appointment was longer than I anticipated; and they were very thorough. We came back after two weeks and still had an issue they came immediately to re service.

Just like the technician indicated, we saw a few ants the next few days but after two weeks they were all gone and now we don't see any ants inside the house.

Service was not only on time but early. Very professional and informing. Will use their service for the next year.

Everything was smooth, from our original contact with the office to a follow-up question the day after the service. There were a number of preparations to be made and we did them. The website has some excellent information and videos to help with this and help diagnose your specific pest problem. There was only one hitch — the man couldn't come out on the scheduled day because of a storm and we had to wait three additional days. But now we are pleased to be bug-free and can sleep at night.

It went well. We didn't have termites, but we signed up for a bi-monthly program to monitor for termites because we live in the country in a cedar house near a pond and the area is damp. Lucas is also going to regularly check for Carpenter Bees. Our house is inconveniently tall. Hauling the ladder outside to spray for Carpenter Bees at the top of the house is getting harder as we get older. It's much easier and safer for us to let Bug Zero take care of the bugs. Lucas is great to work with. He's very easy to talk with and very professional.

They wanted to come into in the house and wanted us to move everything from the walls. They didn’t need access to the walls in the garage to look for termites.

They did an excellent job and I will continue to use them.

The responsiveness of the Bug Zero to set up an appointment and give us a quote was fantastic. We did not end up having our house sprayed at this time. The attitude of the person that came out to spray, as I mentioned, was not very understanding that we could not have the house sprayed that day is my only complaint.

They were very professional from the beginning. On time and wore booties over their shoes in our home. They were very thorough and knowledgable. The warned us up from that we would see alot of activitivy initially which we did but then nothing, they (the ants mostly) were all dead! They followed up to see if we had any issues which we saw a small (about 6 or 7 only) in our shower so they have come out and re-sprayed area they believe may have still been active. Their service is great and worth every penny. Will continue with them!

On time and Charles was very friendly and courteous. Over all they did an excellent job.

I made n appointment with Bug Zero. I took a day of vacation to be here. They called that morning and said their technician was sick. Could they reschedule. I said no.

Prompt, they came out the same day!! Service was excellent. Everything explained. No bugs! It was a great experience. We would highly recommend this company to neighbors and friends.

My daughter came home from college for Holiday Break, walked into her bedroom and found tiny bugs all over her bed and the blankets next to her bed. We thought we had bed bugs. YIKES! I found Bug Zero through Angie's List. I called to get more information and to see what the treatment was and what it would cost. Michael initially spent about 30 minutes with me on the phone, explaining the extermination process (extensive but very thorough) and price (!). Bed bugs are nasty little critters - and I learned a lot during that phone call. He asked me to take some photos and text them to him so that he could see what I was dealing with. Thankfully, it wasn't bed bugs at all - WHEW! It was a relief to know exactly what I was dealing with, and that I could take care of it myself. No actual services were performed, and I wasn't charged a dime. However, the person answering the phone was friendly and knowledgeable; I wasn't on hold for very long at all. Michael spent the better part of an hour helping me diagnosing my problem via telephone, texts, and photographs. For free. If I ever have a pest problem, I would most definitely call this company first.

I called this company based on the reviews on Angies List. (we live in Branson) I am so glad that I did. Our technicians name was Shannon. He was on time, courteous, friendly and professional. We had a wasp problem that literally popped up over the weekend. I called on Monday morning and they were here by 7 am the next day. (this is the best time of day to get to wasps as they are more sluggish in the colder early morning weather) He was diligent and thorough, making sure that he covered every area and then some. I was extremely satisfied and I would recommend using this company to anyone looking for a great Pest control company. They know what they are doing!!!

Upon calling this service I was told the inspection was free. They did explain that if active termites were found the cost for treating the house and the plan for a maintenance contract and paying a fee every other month. This also included and inspection every 3 or 6 months. There was termite damage under my house that was over 5 years old that I knew about and had seen. They found this damage and a few other minor problems but no active termite activity. The technician explaned their 2 plans again but did not try and get me to sign up. No pressure or anything. Their office did call 1 time a week or so later, asking if I was interested in the maitenance plan. I said not at thid time and that is the last I have heard from them. I feel they were honest and professional.

Shannon is the exterminator that came to our home, he was professional, nice and friendly. He put shoe covers on before stepping on the newly cleaned carpets, explained all he would do while there and so on. I was extremely impressed with him and he was patient with us while we had to buy and cut a board to cover an attic open space. I gave them a B on price because it is much higher than others that I checked with ($150 for 1st treatment, $120 for every other month treatments in the future) and a B on responsiveness due to the fact that we had to schedule almost a week out to get them at a time that worked for both parties and we have a severe recluse problem that I wanted taken care of a.s.a.p. Overall, we are impressed and happy with the service preformed by Shannon for Bug Zero.

They are so excellent. I would recommend them to anybody. Our guy is Chris. They will come anytime we call them and they will come that day.

We have used them for years and they are easy to schedule. They are good when they come out.

I called their office as I had found some very ugly things resembling some type of centipede. They were able to come to our home within a day or so. The office staff were so friendly, assisted me with identifying the nasty looking critters I had in the bathtub, and assured me they could easily take care of getting rid of them. The service man that came to the house was very professional, explained the usual habitat for these bugs, and answered all of my questions. About a month later we were having a problem with mites outside, and again they came out within a day, and sprayed outside our home at no cost. Several weeks later the mites came back, and I called for them to re-spray. They came out quickly, again at no further cost, and sprayed for us. They took special care to tell us when it would be safe for our pets to go out, and took care to have us move some plants I had outside. I am one that has a major aversion to bugs, I am terrified of them. Bug Zero has been awesome!

I found that their estimate was a bit too high and it was for a monthly service, which was about $60 a month. They do guarantee their work. The guy just came and had a look and gave me the quote. It was a very quick run through for the sum of money they were trying to bill us for and yes it is guaranteed, but looks like I can do that myself. I wasn’t too impressed with them.

They were very prompt, courteous and professional. They didn’t find any termites. So I would recommend them. The inspection was free. They did a good inspection. They were excellent overall. Their responsiveness was very good since they sent somebody out pretty quickly. If need be, then they would be the first company that I would call.

Shannon phoned before his appointment at our home to introduce himself and arrived in a timely manner. He kindly covered his work shoes with clean booties and allowed me to describe my observation of pests in our home. When I asked him how he would like to become familiar with our concerns and property, he politely indicated we could proceed however was best for me. During his thorough evaluation of our home [he checked under cabinets, on floors in corners, used a flashlight on all surfaces to ensure his surveillance was accurate], he commented on various findings and provided helpful information to me about these creatures since he knew I was a recently Missouri transplant. After his home inspection was completed, he presented me with documentation about his company's services and answered all of my questions completely. Next, he drew up blueprints of our home to ensure the company maintain's accurate details about the home's structure and property, in general. I agreed to pay for his service and signed up for an annual contract, which entitles me to specialized seasonal treatment, additional supportive services and even an online account profile for review and planning purposes for pest control. I was impressed by our technician's field expertise and his company's professionalism. The difference between Bug Zero and other national competitor's is night and day.
