Description of Work: replaced furnace

Description of Work: Wilson Mechanical installed the heating and cooling system in the house we purchased when it was 4 years old. We decided to continue to use them since they were familiar with the system. For the first 5+ years we were satisfied with their service but most of this was performed by the owner, Jim. Eventually his sons began doing most of the service calls and we would find that we would have to call them back to re-check their work since either the heating or cooling didn't seem to perform as expected. We faithfully had them come about every 6 months to either check the furnace or the a/c for the upcoming season. We eventually decided to call another company for future services since we felt we would have to have them return after the initial service appointment. Would recommend requesting that the owner perform the service if anyone uses them.

Description of Work: Wilson Mechanical completely replaced our central air and furnace using the existing duct work. They had said that they would be there about 9 am and the work might take 6 hours. A 3 man team arrived at exactly 9 am. By 9:30 am, they had the old units out, and the new units were in and running before noon and clean up was done, a total of 3 hours. The work looked excellent and the air has worked great since the installation 11 days ago. Jason Wilson led the team, and they couldn't have been more professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
