Description of Work: Bill did an excellent job of repairing our Maytag washer saving us the expense of a new washer. It took some time to locate the necessary part, but they gave us regular updates on their progress. He also gave me information on how to keep using the washer until the part was available.

Description of Work: Evaluated a clothes dryer that wouldn't run. He diagnosed the problem as one of two causes, but due to the age of the dryer it wasn't worth the expense of repairing, so we replaced it. We were very happy with his service, and would use him again for any washer or dryer issues.
