Bill easily diagnosed that it was a valve problem. He did not have the part on hand and had to order. Called the next day saying he had the part and could come out the next day. Part installed and the washing machine works great.

Bill arrived promptly at the front end of the predicted arrival time window. He was kind enough to call ahead and make sure the time still worked for us. Upon arrival he got right to work and opened up our washer. He took the time to explain what he was doing and finding. As it turned out our machine did not have any major issues as we had suspected. The noise it was making was part of its normal operation. He made some adjustments to the leveling and was on his way. He charged us for the standard trip fee and a small fee for the leveling. Both fees were very fair and very small. I could not be more satisfied with his service and will absolutely work with him in the future. I have already given his name as a recommendation to others.

After thorough inspection and testing, Bill determined that the problem was our drain rather than our washer. He recommended we try to clear the drain with Liquid Plumber or Drano, which we did. We have not yet run a load through the washer since clearing the drain, but we feel confident that we now know where the problem is. Bill spent quite a bit of time testing the washer, and his trip charge / diagnostic fee was very reasonable.

Person called when he stated would and came promptly at the time stated. He was friendly but professional. Looked at both appliances, determined what parts needed and then priced the parts. Was very honest and stated that based on the price of the parts and the age of the appliances he would not recommend doing the repair. Just charged a reasonable price for looking at both machines.

Bill was a great guy, and fixed our draining issue with our washer very quickly. He knew so much, and you could tell he was passionate about his business. I won't be calling anyone but Bill whenever we have any issues with our washer/dryer in the future. (Thank you!!)

Bill showed up 20 min early and was very friendly and professional. He showed me everything he was doing with my washing machine and helped me learn the process. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts on hand to replace the broken ones. While he was working I really enjoyed the conversation we had and it felt like I had a family member in my home helping me out. Once the repair was complete, he tested everything out and we were good to go. I would highly recommend using him for this service.

We had to hire another service person to come clean the dryer vent after the repair was complete. Repair was done in professional manner.

Bill and team are extremely responsive. I had a pretty urgent need and Bill was very quick and proficient. He also took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and the potential scenarios that led to the situation. This is the second time I've had Bill out for different appliances, if I ever have trouble again he will be my first call.

We purchased an Angies List coupon. The office called within a few hours of purchase to set up an appointment. Bill arrived the next morning to repair our squeaky dryer. It had a bearing that needed either lubrication or replacement for a nominal amount. We opted to replace the bearing which solved our problem. Bill was pleasant, courteous, professional, and had the dryer repaired very quickly. He would be the first person that I would call for any future washer or dryer problems. I highly recommend this company.

Very good experience! Bill called me when he was on his way so that I knew when to expect him. We are having painting done, so the place was a little chaotic, but Bill was unphased and got right to work. He was easy to talk to and very experienced (30+ years). Finished in less than an hour, and I feel like I got great service and value. Highly recommended.

Bill arrived promptly on time and got to work. Nice guy. My clothes were not drying in a timely manner. After he left it was making a funny noise, so I called him. He came back the next morning to check it out, but it was no longer making that noise. He went ahead and checked it over again anyway. Dryer has worked well ever since. Only downside was I had purchased an "Anglie's Deal" for $45 with him and thought I was getting a discount. His service call was $45 and I still had to pay for his labor. He did not give a discount on the "deal", but said he was new to Angie's List and was not aware that it was for discounts. I would use him again.

Bill arrived about 1/2 hour after I called his office to make appointment. He only needed about 20 minutes to repair my washing . machine. He cleaned a water filter, realigned the lid switch, and replaced the auger dogs. Do I know what I'm talking about? Not really. But Bill knew what he was doing, and now my washing machine is working perfectly.

Bill did a great job educating me on why the dryer wasn't working and only replaced the components that needed replacing.
