Description of Work: Bryan the owner came out right away to look at the problem. Which involved water leaking in the corner which traveled to another room and caused mold damage. He was professional and got a sense that he knew what he was doing and that he evaluated the cheapest way to fix the problem without cutting corners. He gave me a few options but recommend the sump pump. Also gave us a quote for multiple other fixes in case we wanted to do some of it ourselves. We had him and his team do all the work. In only a few weeks they started work and he came out with 4 other people so they got all the work done in 2-3 days. I left them in the house while we were at work and I felt pretty safe about that and turned out fine in that area. The work was done as quoted and there was even a wall that he left alone because the damage wasn't bad. He could have tried to tear that up and charged me more but as I said before he doesn't run his business that way. Would call him out again if I had to.

Description of Work: After many trips they found the problem however they made a mess of the siding on the chimney area.Each time they came to work on the problem they had a number of excuses and some times it was the previous guy fault. After talking to others who had approximately the same type of problem the cost I paid was about $1800 too much. Lessons learn and more research about a contractor was my lesson learned from this.

Description of Work: Checked for slab leak detection. Performed above slab tests, then ran pipe tracer for $400. When they returned to do repair, ran additional above slab tests, decided I had no leak, refunded amount of pipe tracer fee
