Roof inspection was good. His quote for replacing roof is very very high comparing other companies in Angieslist. I did get roof replaced with other company my ch cheaper and with same warranty.

Excellent service. Bryan and the team were able to find and fix our leak on the same day as the visit. We purchased an Angie’s Lost deal, which was deducted from the total cost of the job. Bryan was also flexible with the payments dates for us! Can not recommend Bryan and the Waterleak team enough.

Brian came out, on time, to give me a quote on fixing the leaks, one set of 4 windows and one set of 3, both 2 stories above deck. I know water leaks are tricky to trace, so his explanation on that was no surprise. There were a lot of loose ends on the trim from the last time someone replaced bad glass; he said he'd address that. (By the time those ends came loose years ago, the repair work was out of warranty.) He checked the water damage inside, the windows outside, gave me his recommendation, what he would do and how he would do it, and a bid. I had him put me on his schedule, as he was booked out aways. Brian called when my job was getting near the top of his list, which was helpful schedule-wise and also a relief, as I knew the time was near when I would not have to be home every time it rained to keep the water run-in under control. Brian and another guy arrived on time and got right to work. The windows looked fantastic when he was finished!--everything all tight and ship-shape, with new silicon seals all around. They look really good. Brian said to call him if there was any leakage. Where's a big windy rain storm when you need one? :) It was months before I had a storm with rain driving almost perpendicularly into the windows. That's when I knew Brian had stopped all the leaks. If anything other windows leak, I won't hesitate to call Brian.

Excellent work. They got on the job immediately when they saw the mold - didn't even wait for a contract. I've called on them for other problems and they've been right there. Would call them in a flash if I needed that kind of work.

I waited a few months before writing this report. My leaks were repaired and after several months with hard rains, extended rains, and snow and ice, our roof leaks have completely stopped. The company (Bryan) was very responsive, kept their inspection appointment, provided a immediate detailed bid for multiple roof leaks, and scheduled the work quickly. The company crew showed up on time, went about their business professionally, and I was shown photographs of the damage as work progressed. The work was completed professionally with no noticeable visual evidence of repair. The site was left clean after the completion of the work. In addition, the company painted small areas on my ceiling that had been stained by leaks at no additional cost. No recalls were necessary since the work was completed properly the first time. Although roof leaks can be difficult to assess, the company experience provided accurate diagnosis and repair.

Completely fixed the problem. Very clear estimate, willing to work with us on the price/warranty combo to fit our budget/needs. A little hard to get in touch with relative to scheduling, etc. But overall it was a good experience and we'd use them again.

The company makes an initial inspection, quotes the price, which covers returning to continue researching the source of the leak until it is completely repaired. It's not always easy to locate a leak, so return trips are sometimes needed until the problem is found and finally repaired. Which is what happened in this situation. The source was finally located and repaired on the third attempt. No matter the amount of return trips to fix the leak, the fee of $1000 does not increase. This company is professional and does great work.

Water Leak Specialist worked with us from July thru early October. We picked a company that did both mold removal and fixed leaks. We had a small basement leak for some time but didn't really get worried about it until this past extremely rainy June. We knew we had a bit of mold but it just grew uncontrollably once all that rain came. A lot was hidden due to the huge bookcases we had in front of the affected walls. Water Leak Specialists came in to give us a bid and immediately smelled and saw the danger. We hired them on the spot. They fit us into their already busy schedule so they could first work on the mold due to the danger. Our basement door was swollen shut from all the rain and we couldn't get out the affected items so WLS fixed the door for us. They worked two days before even asking for any $$. They treated the area first so we could get down there and go thru some items. They came back and tore out all the bad wallboard, treated the area for mold to be sure, left an air filter for days, etc. We were scheduled for a trip so we waited to have the leak fixed until we got back. They did go around the perimeter of the house and repaired holes in concrete, walls, etc., to help with water leakage. They put in a new sump pump as the one we had wasn't working. Another great rain revealed a major problem with a gutter drain because our basement ended up flooding. They answered the phone late at night as we didn't know what to do and came bright and early the next morning to leave equipment hat would soak up the water. They also found the problem outside and fixed that. Later we had them check for drain tiles to see if we needed to add drain to sump pump. We didn't have any and they did that, too. They concreted the floor after adding the sump pump lines/drains. Again, a lot of work done before asking for $$. They always came when they said they would, always answered the phone or returned phone calls. Were very polite and mindful of the cats that lived in my basement. Carried away all of our infected moldy items, We were extremely pleased with their work. The fact they were concerned for our safety regarding the mold and fitted us into their schedule to take care of that meant a lot. If there are any other leakage problems in the future, we will call them again - I trust their work. Bryan and his company are A #1!

He was very professional and good to work with, he owned the company and was an honest guy. they fixed the problem, he explained the issues etc. a couple weeks later water spot re appeared. he came out right away, "did the job himself' instead of crew and it seems to be fully repaired. i will use him again.

They were prompt, thorough, extremely neat and very professional. Bryan Wilson, the owner of the business was extremely responsive at all times via text, phone and email. The garage leak was not completely fixed upon the first visit but when we called to report that, they were here the next day to do some more work on that at no charge and there is no sign of a leak now. Bryan and the Water Leak Specialist company employees proved to be one of the best contractors we have dealt with and we can highly recommend them for water leak problems.

Water Leak Specialist, Inc. did good work for us and absolutely stood behind their guarantee of resolving leaks to the customer's satisfaction. This was a particularly frustrating job for both me and the company as it was difficult to find and required them to be out here multiple times to resolve the issue. However, I was very pleased with their responsiveness and attention to detail in getting the job done correctly. It was also noted that when Bryan determined that we were dealing with a plumbing issue, he brought in a plumber who had the experience required to help resolve the root problem. Nice job overall and I'd recommend Water Leak Specialist to anyone who has a leak in their home that they are not able to easily track down.

Bryan was very responsive to all e-mails, was prompt and we have had no leaks since his service.

Our experience with them went very well. They were in touch with me within a few days. We shut things up. They came about a week later and took care of everything. So right now, they are the first people we have had to be able to solve our leak problem in about 10 years. They were very thorough and to my surprise, it was not anything like we thought it was. They were able to determine where it was coming from and it was relatively fixed. They did a little bit of tarp cleaning and did some work behind the particular gutter which was not really where the problem was, but probably was exacerbating it a little bit. It was more of a drain where different angles meet that had never been really sealed up properly when the shingles were put on. They took care of that, sealed around the window, and we are good. They are excellent. They know their stuff. They really do because I am sure there are others that do too, but I do not think that anybody was this thorough as they were in trying to determine what it was. People we had in the past kind of said that this is it and did a quick fix. Then it turns out it was not it. This happened number of times. We are very happy with them actually. I do not think they were cheap, but I thought it was a fair price. It was worth the price. There has not been a leak problem at all since.

I have nothing but a praise for Bryan. He is so professional, trustworthy and punctual. He replied to all of my e-mails right away, no matter how insignificant the issues were. I just moved in this house in May. Prior to hiring him, I had a landscaping company that my neighbors recommended to do a drainage work to stop the leakage. It didn't make any improvement after the first heavy rain. This company came back and told me the drainage is fine and they thought the problem was chimney. That's when I called Bryan, who pointed out what should have been done to improve the drainage. Also, he pointed out the necessary improvement on some flashings and the chimney/siding. He sounded like he knew the business so well and presented his plan confidently that I didn't call any other basement waterproofing companies. Also, he diagnosed every aspect of the problem, so I didn't have to call specialists separately, i.e. for roof, chimney, etc. He said he likes working from higher up, so he first repaired the flashings, chimney, and siding. On the day of the drainage work, Bryan brought in a large crew, and they finished it in one day. Not only to fix the current problems but to eliminate any possible future leakage, they even moved a fence post and improved the drainage under that. After they completed that work, Bryan pointed out a gutter that wasn't working properly at all, which could cause a leakage in the future. It was a minor work to attach a proper drain pipe to the gutter and redirect the pipe appropriately. I had him come back to do the job in October. Overall, I am very pleased with the service Bryan provided. While he is very polite and professional, he is very easy to talk to, so I could ask him general questions about foundation, etc., and he explained to me in the way I could understand. I would definitely recommend his service to anybody who is experiencing water problems. He might not be the cheapest, but I would rather pay him a little more and get it done right the first time. Very professionally arrived on time, immediately went to work blocking off the work area, did the work and then cleaned up. Never would know they had been here except the ceiling was fixed. We received an immediate response when we initially contacted for a quote. He told us when he would be there and was right on time, gave us a step by step quote giving us the pricing for each. Arrived the day he said at the time he said. Was very clean and very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Were very impressed.

We had a roof leak that I had been unable to locate. I knew the general area it was coming from but had no idea how the water was getting in. Bryan the owner came out and quickly identified the source (some roof flashing along the chimney tower appeared fine from the outside but did not extend high enough behind the siding). They replaced the flashing, replaced some shingles, calulked and provided a one year guarantee. They were on time and cleaned up after the work.

A part of it was really high so he did it in a high place. He is very interested in helping to solve the problem and he wants you to solve it but he is very courteous. He is very interactive. He tries to work with you to figure out what is going on. He was quick and responsive. I got an estimate and then we weighed and decided what we were going to do. He was pretty responsive when we have decided to proceed. I just thought that the pricing was a little high for what he did.

Everything went smoothly from the first time I called to the completion of the project. This company knew what they were doing, unlike other companies that I had trying to fix the problem years ago. I would recommend this company to anyone having a leakage problem.

I called Bryan after finding his website on line somehow. I called because I was seeing plaster damage on interior walls due to moisture in a few locations. He came out one afternoon to look at my house and provide an estimate. He was very helpful and professional, explained possible causes and we looked over the entire house for problems. He charged $35 for this inspection but I felt that it was well worth it. After looking at the roof it was clear that it needed work. He gave me a detailed, organized and itemized bid right away, for a number of repairs (roof, sealing windows, plaster repair, etc.). I called two other roofing companies to get an estimate as well (3 total). Each company used an entirely different roofing material, method of applying it and the warranty periods were different. It was a little difficult choosing which one was best (I'm a new homeowner), so I did a bunch of research online and called Bryan and others with questions. Bryan explained his material and method clearly and answered all my questions. I chose to go with Bryan because the price was lower, his roofing method seemed more modern and I had confidence in him after spending time in person and speaking on the phone. I called to give Bryan and his team the job and he estimated they would be able to start within about a week and a half (due to Thanksgiving holiday and rainy weather). Bryan kept in touch, answered emails quickly and began the job on the date expected. I went to work on that date and kept in touch via email for status updates on how the work was progressing. He answered these emails immediately. The job was completed on time and he let me know when they were finishing up so I could get home in time to inspect it. Everything looked good and I was happy with the result. I would definitely use his services again. I rated Bryan a "B" for price because his estimate for plaster repair was higher than another contractor (that only works on plaster and drywall), although Bryan's price for the roof was lower.
