Description of Work: I purchased a new computer, and after it arrived, I had Sam come and transfer the files, etc. from my old one. He set up the new one and did the transfer. Because the new computer had a different operating system, some of my old programs (e-mail, etc) would not work, and Sam installed programs and migrated the data from the old one. I had him come back a second time to make some additional changes. I also had a phone conversation regarding a problem I was having, and he was able to log onto my computer from his and walk me through the problem and solution. He was a big help to me, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to anyone. He was always prompt and professional and spent the required time to get me 'up and running'.

Description of Work: My business computer was slow and had malware. Sam cleaned it up, sped it up and protected it for the future. He offers expert service at a fair price. I'm very satisfied.

Description of Work: I had a problem with unwanted pop-ups and loss of certain functions on my computer caused by viruses/trojans. Mr. Sam Moretti of the Tech Team used a program in which I permitted him to get on my computer and analyze the problem(s) from his place of business. This is the most economical and efficient way---requiring no "house call'. Sam worked for parts of three hours (He told me that he worked with other clients during long scans, etc., in order to be most efficient.) Nevertheless, he was focused on my problem the whole time and handled it in a most effective manner. He installed a new anti-virus program, deleted the old program that had failed; deleted many unused and unnecessary programs; quarantined and eliminated the problem viruses/trojans; and handed me back my computer in tip-top shape. I am thrilled! I have used Sam and The Tech Team before with the same very professional and economical results. On the earlier occasion, a couple of years ago, the hard disc had to be wiped clean with all existing files downloaded to other storage and then reloaded and computer completely re-set up--much more time intensive. I was surprised at the time that the charge was only $180. I have had occasion to personally meet and talk with Sam Moretti now on several occasions and find him to be a brilliant young man. Don't you want just such a person working on your computer? But, he is also an extraordinarily principled person, determined to run a successful business and realize the American dream.
