Sam was very responsive, took the back off of my notebook pc, took a picture of the wi fi card while I stood there. Gave me a temporary wi fi solution. Researched the cost of the internal card and it was too expensive for the total cost of the machine so he let me just keep the temporary wi fi card. Sam tells me his target market is small businesses but he still took time to solve my problem for me. I highly recommend Sam and his Techs business.

Sam is very knowledgeable. He delivered and set up the computer in a short amount of time. He is easy to communicate with to ask questions, and to give support.

We have used Techs for years. Sam is very skilled in his craft and keeps our computers running smoothly. I like that he will explain what and why he is doing something. Always professional and courteous. Won't use anyone else.

Sam and Emily do a great job. Emily worked on my son's computer that had corrupted software. She corrected the issue and added a solid state hard drive. She even added extra ram as an added bonus, something she did out of the kindness of her heart. We would highly recommend Techs for any computer needs.

Sam was great! It's been a while since the work was done, but I've emailed him a couple of times since then with questions and he has been prompt and responsive each time. If I ever need technical help again (whether it's computer, router, or anything else tech related) I plan on calling Sam at Techs.

The most knowledgeable of any computer tech we have ever run across. Far surpassed our expectations and should not be even considered within the normal group of on-site, so called computer repair specialists. This guy knows his stuff and should be the first service that is called if a small business has computer issues. Fast, responsible, punctual and professional. The BEST!

It was great. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was good and they will even come in the evenings as well.

The service was good but they were a little pricey. I liked Sam and he got the job done in 5 hours.

He was able to take it apart and fix it but he said there could be a problem with it later due to the damage to the hard drive. He knows really well what he is doing and was very efficient. He was cost effective and my computer is running perfectly. He worked out of his condo and it was like talking to a friend. He is really flexible and the scheduling has been very convenient for me. He lets you know how long it will take to fix it. It was a good all-around experience.

They have done a lot for us and I have been satisfied. They charge around $80 per hour and I think the price is reasonable and worth it. I have been a customer with them for about 1 year now. Sam is trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.

He did an excellent job. He advised me of what programs were contradicting each other and recommended others for me. I was quite satisfied. He was punctual and on time. He was very knowledgeable. He came and did what he needed to do and he answered all of my questions. He got the job done in about 2 to 2 and a half hours.

As I said above if you need someone who has a great deal of knowledge on both platforms (iOS and Windows) he's your person. He was here for 1 1/2 hours and did all listed above and checked all! Which is ultimately important in technology. He is polite and just a nice guy. Thanks Sam!

It was kind of an emergency thing so I called him like that day and he came the next day. I have one major complaint, after he was completely done fixing what I had going on he said the price that was on Angie's List was for residential customers only. He ended up charging me significantly more than what he ever charged so that really irritated me. He had like an ad that said $80 an hour and he charged me $130 an hour. I called him one other time as I was going to have him come out but I basically asked him I'm getting a blue screen thing and if he thinks it's just a matter of updating the driver. He said it was more than likely that my video card was going out and that it needs to be replaced. The reason I asked that was because the exact same thing happened to the other computer and it was just a matter of an update on the video driver and it's never done it again. He said he won’t know until he looks at it but usually that is what it is. I said I would settle with it and call him back. I just went and updated the driver and it never did it again. It was a hard one because I'm not an IT person but when it did the same thing first time on I just goggled the problem and found the answers. I read for an hour or two and went in and did it in about fifteen twenty minutes. He's a young kid and very arrogant. He's not done schooling so its self thought. He was very quick and was able to come out the next morning but he was about an hour and half late.

Sam was polite, professional, and so patient. I am not really a tech person, and he answered all my questions so that I could understand. I learned a lot about my computer! He came on time, and did everything quickly. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of technology, and he explains everything as he goes. He gave me advice about shopping for my new computer that was so helpful. He even called me back a few weeks after the job to make sure all was going well and to ask if I had any questions. I'm so glad I decided to use techs!

Called when had my desktop crash. Responded very quickly and set up an appointment to come out. My computer was worse than expected. Totally happy with the work performed.
