Went very well. Sam was friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy.

They were very good. We asked questions and they were very responsive. We would definitely use them again.

Sam was great and explained thoroughly what he was doing throughout. Each computer now runs terrific and he organized them each very well also. And all my files were not lost but put back in place so this was a big relief. Sam is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and a very nice person to work with.

I liked him very much. He was very helpful and he got my computer in good shape. I would recommend him. The modem went out and he was very nice and went over to the AT&T store to get a new one for me. He could have just told me to get one on my own but he went and got it and installed it for me. He charges by the hour and he was here practically all afternoon. He answered all of my questions and he tried to explain what he was doing. He just cleaned up my computer because apparently I had a lot of junk that I didn?t need. I had trouble with my printer later so I called him and he helped me over the phone with that. For what he did, I think he was pretty reasonably priced.

Sam Moretti came to my home and was able to back up everything so I didn't lose it and was able to get my computer up and running. Since it was taking a long time to back up my computer, Sam suggested that he could look at my daughter's computer and clean it up and get it running better, which he did. He did the same thing to my computer and suggested ways to keep it running good and how to save money on the things I was using on my computer. I had a follow up question and Sam came back to check out my computer to make sure everything was fine. I plan to have Sam come back from time to time to make sure our computers are running good and will talk with Sam when it comes time to update to a new computer, since he will be working on that one too.

There is nothing I would not entrust the The Tech Team to do.

I inadvertently deleted a system file which is necessary to run my operating system. I was installing another program and it wasn't working appropriately so I deleted it, along with this other file. My computer froze up and I had to perform a hard reboot. It became stuck in this loop asking me to provide another copy of the missing file. I searched the internet (on a different computer) for remedies and followed several leads on how to remedy the situation myself - all to no avail. I contacted several IT professionals. Two of them said immediately there is no fix without wiping it clean and starting over. I asked two additional individuals about the problem and they decided to give it a try. They had my computer for 1.5 weeks and handed it back saying it is broke. I put a call into Sam Moretti of the Tech Team (on a Saturday afternoon) for one last opinion before giving up and losing everything. Within 30 minutes of the call he was working on my computer. Two hours later he had gotten further than any of the other 4 computer professionals. Within a few days I was up and running again. Sam not only retrieved all of my files and programs, he set up the system to prevent this from happening in the future. In today's society many of us make a living from our computers. If you are one of these people that rely on a computer to provide for you and your family, I highly recommend keeping The Tech Team's number handy.

I work from home online and my computer completely shut down. I called and they came the same day, during a winter storm. He was able to get my computer up and running so I could still work that day. He has also been able to fix problems over the phone.

I called The Tech Team and had a response within the hour. Sam, the tech arrived on time and solved my problem in a very efficient manner, and at about half of the cost I was expecting. I was impressed that while he was at my home, he called his next appointment to let them know that he might be running about 15 minutes late! Then I received a call the next day to make sure that everything was working well and find out if I was having any other problems! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES STILL EXIST. Thank you Tech Team.

Sam has assisted me with computer issues/needs several times, coming to my home and over the phone. He is professional, very polite, and thoroughly knowledgeable. He set up my wireless internet router interfacing with the cable co. to get it working properly. He cleaned up my computer and installed security programs to help it run fast and smoothly. If I have computer questions or snags he is promptly available to problem solve. Sam is also cost conscious and seeks out the best software for the best cost. I am not a high tech person but Sam has helped me become more comfortable and skilled in using the computer. I highly recommend Sam and his services.

My sons computer would not restart so I called Sam at tech team. He met me at a convenient location to get the computer so I would not have to be charged for drive time. He called a few times to ask questions and update me on his progress. When completed he came to my home and delivered the completed computer and hooked it back up to the printer and monitor to make sure it worked. He then went through two additional computers to clean up their operating systems and installed free anti virus software to protect them and installed a few programs to help use use the computers more effectively.

Sam always does an excellent job on my computers for my business and home when they are not running properly. He will take charge of the computer from a remote site, work out the kinks and have me up and running very quickly. I have used Sam in the past and would reccommend him to any of my friend or business associates. I feel very comfortable that Sam will resolve my problems at a very competitive rate.

HE HAS MAINTAINED MY HOME COMPUTER, AND SET UP THE COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS. EACH TIME I LEARN SO MUCH BECAUSE HE IS WILLING TO SPEND THAT EXTRA MINUTE TO ASSIST. HE HAS ALSO RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY IN A CRISIS SITUATION. I CAN RELY ON SAM FOR ALL MY COMPUTER NEEDS.
