Sam is very knowledgeable, experienced, and polite. He performs difficult tasks with speed and accuracy. His knowledge of computers is vast. If you need computer help-this is the man to call upon.

I found him on Angie's List. We've been pretty happy with him. We continue to use him. He is young and very knowledgeable. He is very personable. He works faster than I can keep up. He goes and checks things on the computer and I can't even figure out what he's on. He is fast. I don't think he is particularly inexpensive. I'm very comfortable with him. He is not intimidating. He is pretty down-to-earth.

It went very well. It went so well I am calling him back.

He was really good. He was fine. Actually he works on notebook computers and we have a portable Wi-Fi that wasn't reading. When we don't know what to do it's very frustrating but my husband knows more than I do. He did a good job. He was here twice because we had him come back to take care of it.

They do great work. Sam takes my calls at any time. They do a great job of explaining the work.

I called on Friday afternoon and he said he could come out on Saturday for a little extra. I was happy to pay it to get the work done sooner. He was very through and looked are our entire setup. I run a small business and have a more complicated than average system with routers and switches. After some bad experiences of other techs rushing through and not fixing the problems this was nice. I will definitely use Sam in the future.

I work from home and have a personal email address through AOL and a business email address through GoDaddy. Everything was working fine all morning until suddenly I could no longer send business email. I could receive business email. But for some reason, sending business email was no longer an option. Because I could still send and receive personal email through my AOL account, I figured it was a GoDaddy issue so I called them. After 30 minutes of rebooting my Outlook, rebooting my modem, rebooting my router, and countless useless questions, the GoDaddy rep assured me it wasnt GoDaddy's fault - but that it was my internet provider's fault. So I called Charter and went through the whole process again. Another thirty minutes wasted. All the signs pointed to an issue with GoDaddy so I called them again. Still, no solution. The IT technician I've used in the past had sold his company. The new company was really expensive and I had no experience with them. Fortunately, I had saved the orginal owner's cell number as was able to get hold of him. He suggested I check Angie's List for the highest rated providers. The first I called couldnt squeeze me in his schedule. Thankful the second I called (TECHS) understood the urgency of my situation. Being able to communicate with my clients and vendors electronically is essential to my business. Sam showed up in less than an hour, on the way to another appointment. He assesed and isolated the cause of my outgoing issue in about ten minutes. It seems that GoDaddy puts a limit on the number of emails one can send in a day. Five hundred. I had a particular busy emailing morning and hit that number for the first time ever. I had no idea that limit was in place. Amazingly, neither of the GoDaddy reps had a clue either. Sam stuck around and cleaned up a few other minor issues I had going on with my system. I was happy to pay the $100 fee ($100 for first hour) and get back to being productive. Before he left, Sam explained the other services he provides. I will definitely be using him again and have already referred him to a friend who, too, is extremely impressed with his abilities and responsiveness.

Just before the Thanksgiving holiday, my computer acquired a trojan horse or worm which attacked one of my Windows modules rendering it useless for obtaining connectivity to the internet. I quickly noted that with my knowledge it also endered useless my usual means of trouble shooting the cause. I contacted Sammi but waited until after the weekend for his services, although he was willing to deal with it if I insisted. Sammi came out the following week as scheduled and spent nearly three hours attempting to troubleshoot the problem and make an on-site repair ....but to no avail. He was honest in admitting he had exhausted his ideas but stiil had a "fix" if he could take the tower with him for a couple of days. The correction would be to transfer my files , reformat the hard drive, and reinstall the necessary software. This was not labor intensive he assured me as it allowed him to do other things while this was going on. I agreed. He also advised me that my mouse also had problems and advised me to get a new mouse/keyboard combination and even told me that Best Buy had a good price on what I needed. He also told me that he wasn't thrilled with McAffee protective software which is what came with the computer. I picked up the Logitech mouse/ keyboard combination at Best Buy for $43.41. Sammi returned the tower within two days and it worked as advertised. He had installed Avast! anti-virus software and it has worked fine. I've had minor changes in in my home screen but everything seems to work. There is one caution I'm giving that I don't attribute to him. If you have specialized software, and in particular, that which may imbed your personal documentation within it, i.e. as in my case genealogy information and self made liner notes for jazz cds, in all probability these will be lost. The geneaology was complete and in print........but the jazz notes are lost unless I can recover them from some friends. The latter was my own fault for not retaining a printed copy. The music archives are good! Sammi's bill was $256.94 which I considered quite reasonable considering the time and effort that was expended!

Hiring Sam to help my son build his gaming computer was an excellent decision. I've been on Angie's List for 5 years and have had consistently good service but have never been motivated to write a review. Our experience with Sam changed that! Not only did Sam meet my husband and son at the computer store to advise on some needed some parts, he recommended replacements for ones we had already purchased, saving us $$. Then he returned to our home to help my son and his friends build the computer. What an amazing experience for the teenage boys. Sam was informative, clear and concise, explaining everything and offering all kinds of tips along the way - impressing the boys with the tidbit that just because you buy the "highest power available", does not mean you will have the fastest, or best gaming computer. You can tell he loves this business because his work ethic and expertise is outstanding. I would recommend him for all computer jobs - you will be impressed. He even called us the next day to check on the computer to see how it was working and to see if my son had any questions. Excellent service.

We made an appt for 8 am the next morning and he had spent the night thinking about all the different issues with my computer and came ready to repair. He comes very prepared with tools and different software so that he can fix things right then and there. I had an issue also with my Office 2007 and he was able to use his copy to fix mine. He spent another 2 hours on my system and everything is working like a dream! The fan in my tower was broken, so he ordered one and will be back to install that for me. I really liked that even though he made 2 trips to my home, he only charged me for one. I felt that his pricing was very fair, especially considering how much work had to be done and how much time I know he spent thinking about all the issues I had. I wish I were more knowledgeable in explaining what-all he did, but I do know that our computer NEVER worked so well, not even when brand-new. Oh yeah, he also took out the useless security/anti-virus software we had and put in a top-notch, professional, free one. Don't think I will be getting any more of these nasty bugs! I am very happy that I found Sam and know there is not another computer repair outfit out there that is any more knowledgeable, professional or cares more about what they do than The Tech Team.

He came out to help us out about 3 years ago and did a nice job. This time he charged us about $200 for 3 hours work. He always does a nice job and is pleasant to work with. He got our computers running great; he calls to let us know when he will be here and arrives on time. I will use him again in the future.

Sam arrived on time and worked effectively in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. He demonstrated superior knowledge regarding computers and computer networks and was very helpful.

Sam really knows his stuff which was apparent when we started talking about my problem. When he needs to learn something about the particular model that he has to fix, he finds all the right information to do a great job. There is not much else to say except don't hesitate to call on him if you have any type of computer problem that you can't figure out.

We contacted The Tech Team on Jan 23, 2012 due to a major malfunction with our computer. Sam Moretti made arrangements to come to our home the next day to look over our computer and explained the charges for services. We were very happy we didn't have to wait several days for an appointment. We found Sam to be prompt, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to find the cause of our computer problems rather quickly and completed the necessary fixes to rid our computer of the "rootkit". We really appreciated his patience with all of our questions and found his honesty and integrity refreshing. I called him the next day with a couple of questions I had forgot to ask before he left and he was again, very helpful.

He was wonderful. His prices were reasonable and I felt he did an excellent job.

His name was Sam. He was a genius. I got his name off Angie's List. He was very bright. He is the only one in the company. He was here for 4 hours. He told me he wasn't going to charge me for all that he was doing. He worked on the computer the whole time and he worked very fast. He was good. He said he had to erase everything off the computer. They don't usually like to do that because it takes a long time, but he did. I have two printing machines and I asked him if he worked on those. He said he could look and he duly rigged one of them and it works now. He didn't have to do that. He had good minute equipment to work on the inside of a computer. He was very knowledgeable. It's expensive to get your computer fixed. I knew I didn't need a new computer. I just needed somebody who knew what they were doing and he did. What stood out the most was his knowledge. It was very obvious he was very knowledgeable. He talked telling you what he was doing. He worked very quickly and he didn't give you all the details. He gave you a general description of what he was doing. He was out here longer than what he charged by the hour. It was a lot of money, but it's been good ever since. It beats buying a new one. He was very smart. He started the business himself. He had never gone to a computer knowledge school. He came right out with that. He didn't need to. He was a true nerd. He knew exactly where he was going and what he was doing. He dressed very nicely. I had to call him back because something happened. He said he would come over. He doesn't live far from here. He said he was on his way downtown and he wouldn't charge me. He dropped by and he had on a beautiful pair of slacks and shined up black shoes. He was headed downtown for computer business. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his honesty. He got a good rating on Angie's List and that is one of the reasons why I went with him. There were several, but he was pretty close to me address-wise. He did not live very far. He came out a couple of times. He asked me if he could bring a trainee with him. It just didn't take him any time at all and he said there was no charge for that. He sure cleared up the computer. I haven't paid individual computer people to make a comparison on the price. He sounded very expensive to me, but he was very thorough and he worked the whole time on my computer and fixed my printer for me. He came out twice and didn't charge me. He told me to make a list of things that came up and I am sure he would come out for any little thing if I asked him to, but that could get expensive. Fortunately I have my son when he is town that can help me greatly. He called me when he was going to be a few minutes late. I never saw so many little screwdrivers and equipment and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He is a wonderful person to have.

I had a very bad computer virus appear that completely locked up my computer. Sam came the same day, removed the virus from the computer, even though it wasn't a virus he'd seen before, and updated all programs to prevent future viruses. He was prompt, professional, and did an extremely good job of removing a difficult virus. The services were well worth the cost. I will use Sam and his company for all future computer maintenance work.

Everything was great. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and professional. My computer typically required 5-10 minutes to start, but it now only takes a matter of seconds.

I called Tech Team (found them on Angie's list!) and talked to Sam, explaining the computer problem as best I could. We arranged a mutually agreeable time for him to come out to my house. He was prompt. Sam explained his fee schedule, which is very reasonable. I paid him by the hour, or portion thereof. He started working on the computer, and he is FAST and he is well educated and smart. He asked if I had questions, which he answered while he was working. He also showed me what he was doing, and pointed out things about programs which would help me. He was professional and personable. When it comes time for me to replace my computer, I will call him to build me one. I heartily recommend Tech Team!

My computer had gotten a virus and I originally took it to a big box service team (without consulting Angie's list) because I thought it would be faster. After a bad experience there, the computer still wasn't working so I decided to give it another try and found The Tech Team and Sam Moretti. He was able to schedule an appointment in a few days and came to my home spent about 3 hours fixing my computer and explaining what he was doing. The education was worth every penny. My computer works better than it ever has and I know now to give Sam a call periodically to see when I need to get any special updates. Thanks so much Sam!
