Description of Work: They turn my system up in the spring, down for winter. They perform the backflow test and do the paperwork for the local authorities. At the time of the spring (2013) visit-the tech adjusted my control system and timer, informing me that was the optimal method. As it was, I didn't need the system for 6-8 weeks-then the timer did now perform as I was told. I called Metro and asked for the tech to return and correct the timer-they refused-unless I paid them for the visit. I said I'll use them in the future because there is no alternative in my area.
