Metro lawn sprinkler installed our system 20 years ago. Each year we sign up for the yearly activation and winterization program. The technicians are always prompt, professional and friendly. If we need additional services, they are fair with pricing and work efficiently.

I have found they are always on always reliable and efficient. Switched to them and happy that I did!

Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes has provided the annual service on my lawn irrigation system for 22 years and I have signed a contract for 2023 for the 23rd year. They are always on time when promised, do a thorough job, are professional and respond to my questions and comments.

Until they rehired my former applicator, Karl (in 2021 and before), Metro was unaccountable. My former applicator in 2022, Tom, AND his boss, Dennis, never answered the messages for assistance.

The first backflow replacement had complications, but a technician was responsive and professional to fix it right away.

I requested quotes from several companies, but Metro was by far the best on overall price and professionalism. One company didn't respond at all, and the other didn't really listen to my specific request for using Rainbird products. Additionally, Metro was quick and expedient, both with my initial consultation and actual sprinkler system installation. The install went great, and the team showed me how to use the system and gave me a walkthrough of how to turn the system off if there was a problem. Overall, I was extremely impressed with their courteous and professional team and would definitely recommend them to others.

All work was very good, timely, and pleasant. However, repair visits are not thoroughly investigated, diagnosed, and fixed on the first visit. Somehow only one issue can be addressed per visit. e.g. cannot dig up a sunken sprinkler head plus replace another leaking sprinkler head on the same visit. So there is twice the charge and inconvenience for the second visit. Or if the problem persists, there is no return visit courtesy but a full visit charge. For this season I will still use them.
