Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes

I love Metro. They installed my sprinkler system and I call them every year for a backflow test. I referred them to several of my neighbors and they all used Metro to install their sprinkler systems. Great company and honest workers.

I have used Metro Lawn Sprinklers to manage my sprinkler system for the last 19 years. They have consistently provided professional work on my system. They recommend maintenance on items they find that need updating or work. No high pressure. I would recommend Metro Lawn Sprinklers to anyone that has a sprinkler system.

The annual contract was received by email in early January offering a selection of lawn irrigation services. I have used Metro every year after they installed the irrigation system and have been thoroughly satisfied and pleased with their service. The techs that do the work are well trained and have all of the parts and pieces on hand for any repairs that may be needed. They submit the necessary information to the utility for the backflow test and are quick to respond to questions and requests. I will continue to use them and renew the annual service contract to keep my system in top operating condition.

I've been doing business with Metro for over 10 years. Until this year they have been a stellar company - problems were few and on those rare occasions they always made things right. I've personally recommended them to dozens of people. This year has been different: the technicians have been less competent and twice left without fixing the problems, sometimes creating new problems. I've been charged for an additional service call that shouldn't have been needed. I didn't get call backs in a timely fashion (days, weeks sometimes). After 4 visits everything seems to be resolved physically except I was overcharged and they still have not provided a quote for a zone change that I asked for months ago. It's disappointing to see a company that has been so good turn bad. At this point I'll be looking for a new sprinkler system company to use next year.

We were extremely happy with Metro. Our install was challenging due our grounds and Metro went out of their way to make it right. We where very pleased with Scott and Jeff and their customer service. We highly recommend Metro.

It went well. They come on time to open and close the systems and are thorough in changing out heads etc.

It went great! We have had the system for more than one year and our grass looks the best it has in a long time. In addition, our summer water bill actually decreased after the installation. Metro has been especially patient teaching me how to set the timing system and direction of the sprinkler heads. They are easy to reach by phone and quick to respond.

Metro has always been punctual and performed work as needed for system to be up and running in the spring and closing down in the fall. Workmen are knowable and perform maintenance as needed each year.
