The service representatives always call to confirm the visit, arrive in the window promised and do a professional job of taking care of our system. During very hot summers we recommend using the mid year check to fine tune the system to make sure all areas of the vegetation is watered properly. Don't be afraid to ask questions and use the service technicians as a resource in getting the most from your irrigation system.

We installed our sprinkler system in 1995. We had 3 bids. Metro was the middle price quote and our choice because of how they laid out the zones to capture what we would have for landscaping etc. Other bids hardly covered what we needed. We hired them and they open/close our system every year. We are very pleased with their integrity, their service, their price and their technicians. It is a comfort to know that someone is not trying to sell you something you do not need. They also come back out if ever an issue. Could not ask for better especially in today's world! The installations was quick, thorough, and professional. The weather station is a great benefit to ensure I get the correct watering for the lawn. My lawn looks 100% better than without this system. I have a lush green and healthy lawn. I would use Metro Lawn again and I do for all my preventive maintenance. I will use them for all my lawn and landscaping needs.

We have entrusted most of our lawn care needs to Metro and they have generally provided a high level of service. Appts for fertilizer, etc. are very low drag, they show up, let us know that they are there, and perform the service Lawn mowing/trimming quality is very high and price is very competitive We had one issue come up where fertilizer burned a few streaks into the yard, company offered services to make it right. Barring any major issues, we will continue to use the company for all lawn care needs.

Working with Nick was really easy. He understood what we wanted and made several recommendations. He also modified the design to allow for some landscaping that we had planned but not yet completed. We have also used them for the maintenance adn winterization each year. The people are very good and always punctual.

I can honestly say that they have never disappointed me. Even in the spring when they are extremely busy with irrigation system activations, their technicians, service department and office personnel are top notch. Always prompt and professional. They are very good communicators and they treat me like a valued customer.

Great, the lawn has been green ever since, OK, I have to mow more but I went from being the laughing stock of the neighborhood to having the best lawn. By the way, the workers were great. We had out of town guests and they still remark about how well the crew worked.

Everything went great, they worked very fast and left the job sight as if they were never their. We were pleased with the final outcome.

I found out that the subdivision was replacing an old tie wall at the back of my property, with a new rock wall, with an immediate start date. I left a voice mail with Metro on Friday Aug 15, after hours. Monday morning Aug 18, I received a call from the office manager, and he had representatives here by 10:00am to take the appropriate steps readying my irrigation system for the new construction. They provided a fast response, professional service, and the $91.00 was definitely in line for the immediate response considering the work involved. I will continue to use them to service my irrigation system, and definitely recommend them to others.

This is our second encounter with Metro, and again, everything was top notch, down to the last detail. Neck Ferguson drew it up according to our vision, and then the installation was fast, on time and professional. The crew - different people this time - were totally courteous, friendly, careful, and professional. When the job was finished, the rest of the yard looked as good as possible, considering the work done, and they worked hard to make it look like it did before they started. We recommend Metro very highly. This is an update, because I don't think the first review does Metro justice. I have seldom, in 70 years, found any company or the people who represent it more committed to doing a job and doing the right thing. They are impressive.

From start to finish, Metro was the way to go. Nick was great and worked with all that I wanted done in a professional manner. Metro was the only company out of the three I bid out that really seemed to care. The work was done effectively and efficient. We had a small issue after the sprinkler system was installed and Metro was at my home within the hour to correct it. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Nick. I will be using them again when I do my fire pit and outdoor lighting. Thanks again Nick and the Metro Sprinkler Team!!

They were fabulous and also recently installed a sprinkler system for us. Both things they have done for us have gone very well. They started the system up again for us about a month ago and I really like Metro. They are very responsive and care a lot about the work that is being done. They have provided a lot of good ideas in terms of the landscaping. They are creative and used email a lot, which I need for my work. My point person likes to use text messages too, which is even better. We don't have to slow the work down if he is busy and I am busy.

They came out and were great very detailed

Metro was very quick in coming out. The salesmen was very professional and did a good job answering my questions. He provided me with bid on the right on the spot. Price was a little higher then my other bids. I went with another contractor.

I received a quote on an irrigation system from Metro. They use Rainbird products, which are the highest rated per my research. However, compared to Harvestowne Irrigation, which uses Hunter products, Metro's quote was $800 higher and their design called for less sprinkler heads. I went with the lower cost bid and am satisfied. That being said, Metro's sales rep, Tim, was very knowledgeable and professional. If you absolutely want and can afford Rainbird products and Metro they are worth taking to.

Very pleased with the way metro came in and got the job done in one day. Not very much damage to the lawn and Wayne went over the whole system and made sure I understood everything.

The installation process was explained, and all aspects of the project were completed in a professional manner Example: the lawn appeared very much as it had prior to all of the lines installed, and the equipment necessary for that. The installer was very thorough in his explanation of the system, and with the training he provided me for operating the system controller. This trained me to make any changes to day of the week, time of day, and length of time the system operated, plus how to manually operate individual systems, plus test systems. He also provided instructions of how to adjust the sprinkler heads for different spray patterns. They required a very small payment when I signed the installation agreement, and didn't request any additional payment until after it was completed and I had been trained how to operate the system. When they left, my driveway, sidewalks, lawn, and any surrounding area had been returned to the same cleanliness as prior to the installation. I would highly recommend Metro, and am scheduling them to service my system for the 2014 season.

This is all of the detail that I have at this time.

We'll probably use them again here soon to turn on our sprinkler. I don't remember how much their service costs but they did a good job.

There was not one issue/concern with the sales rep or the workers who installed the system. Recently had to call them to move some of the sprinkler heads because we are extending our driveway and it was such a simple process - they were here within the time frame they said they would be here and completed the project. Have nothing but positive things to say about their prompt service and professionalism.

A big crew came on site, worked like crazy, and had the entire project done within a week. It was a huge undertaking. They installed the timers, checked the heads, taught me how to run the entire thing, and winterized too when it got too cold. Talk about excellent service. Every person on their team was professional, friendly, and responsive. I never had a concern from start to finish.

Great, as usual. I've been using Metro foe a few years now and I have always been satisfied.

Work was done well and as scheduled. Minimal disruption of lawn. Workers were careful of shrubs and cleaned up well. French Drain is working well. Sprinkling system had a leak around one of the control valves resulting in a very high water bill and a large soggy area near the leak. Company responded to a repair call promptly and identified and repaired the leak.
