Overall well. System functions well and annual winterization and activation have been punctual and professional. If hand digging is needed for installation, may be disruptive.

Metro Lawn Sprinklers is a very professional company. They are punctual and call before with an estimated arrival time. The not only shut the system down for winter but checked the system, heads etc. They notified me of a couple of areas of concern and gave me alternatives to fix. I have always had good experiences with Metro from the ability to contact, ease of setting appointments, overall professionalism of the service and follow up. Highly recommend.

Metro installed our system nearly 20 years ago and I have used them to start up and shut down our system every year. Their service techs are professional, punctual and perform the work efficiently and completely. Their annual contracts are a good value. The only concern is this company has done so well ad have so many customers, it is necessary to call very early to schedule the spring start up and the fall shut down. I will be renewing the annual plan again in 2019.

We were pleased with the installation of our lawn sprinklers two years ago and continue to get great service. Also their lawn maintenance program is the best! After my husband destroyed the front yard with weed and grass killer, Karl with Metro has brought it back to not just life but gorgeous, lush green grass!!

The serviceman was very thorough and knowlegeable. We have Metro to service our sprinklers every year and have always had a positive experience. We always sign up for Metro’s prepaid service plan witch includes spring activation, winterizing and back flow check at a very reasonable price. We would recommend Metro to anyone

Scheduled work was professionally preformed and was on time.

Everyone is so nice from the person scheduling to the men doing the service. They come out twice a year and after making the appointments they are always on time and do their work in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional from start to finish. Best contractor service I have had in the past 3 years. They updated me frequently regarding start date, completion, follow up and everything went exactly as stated. I don't know if they were more expensive than others, because they had done such good work at my previous home 10 years ago that I did not seek another bid.

Scott showed up shortly after the start of my service time window (YAY!), and he began the process of shutting down the system. Because I have a 28-year old analog control box for my system, I gave him a hand with cycling through the various zones to blow out the water. Scott mentioned he has seen and used a couple of these old analog models, but I told him I'd give him a hand since I was well acquainted with it. Afterward, he thanked me for giving him a hand. I mentioned some technicians in previous years had suggested I replace the analog control box, but I declined because I thought they said the price to do wasn't cheap. However, Scott mentioned to a digital control box wasn't that expensive ($160), so I will have to consider it maybe for next spring (the old control box does work, but it is a bit tempermental! :) ). Since I pre-paid for the start-up and shut-down package last winter ($235), there was no charge for this visit.

After a friend left a review, Nick Ferguson found him on Facebook and harassed him, because it wasn’t a 5 star review. Saying, “this isn’t the route you want to go. I know where you are, who you are, and who you’re related to.” 0/10 would recommend.

I was very pleased with the prompt response and the professionalism of the Metro folks. I received a very clear and detailed understanding of exactly where the sprinkler heads were to go and how they would operate. I was also shown exactly which options I could include with the system and given a choice of the ones I wanted. Metro’s price was much less than the other quote I received. They placed the control box inside my garage instead of on my front porch as the other bidder planned. Once installed, I received very detailed instructions on operating the system. I’m very happy with my choice of Metro Lawn Sprinklers and Landscapes!

This is the second time I have hired Metro Lawn Sprinklers & Landscapes. The first time they installed an effective French drain system at a prior residence. At my newest residence they recently extended / relocated a downspout drainage popup emitter to be further out in my yard away from my house. The day of the work they arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done and completed the work within the time estimated and cleaned up the work area. I am very pleased with the work they did. If I need any more landscaping / drainage work, Metro will be the first company I call. I trust their integrity and their competence.

Metro Lawn Sprinklers and Landscape are by far the best Lawn Sprinkler System company I've hired. I've owned three homes in different states and had irrigation systems installed. None compare to Metro. Metro's employees are knowledgeable and professional when they are servicing my system. They always give me good tips on water scheduling and tutorials on the system. Their prices are better than most. But most of all they don't tear up your yard like other installers, they have the proper and up-to-date equipment to do a highly effective job.
