Description of Work: Washer went into a spin cycle and it sounded like metal scraping metal. Stopped machine and called AAA Home Services from our Angie's List booklet. Able to come to home within few hours of phone call. Ad stated % discount we were given 10%. Job done in a very short time. Would recommend to others. Linda Thompson

Description of Work: a rip off. called for a toilet that would not flush and I thought needed to be snaked out. The technician told me that the problem was not in the sewer line but that the toilet trap had a build up of minerals and that the snake could not fix that problem. His suggestion, 428.00 for a new toilet. We are on a budget so I went out and bought a new toilet, husband took out the old one, behold no mineral deposits but water sitting in the SEWER pipe under due to it being clogged. The old toilet had zero "mineral deposits". I feel as a woman taken advantage of and would never recommend this company. I have tried to call them and they have no after hours number. I expect a refund on my credit card and for them to snake out the drain as previously requested.

Description of Work: My Fisher&Paykel washing machine quit dispensing cold water. I called AAA appliance, after checking Fisher's website, They offered to come out that same day. Due to conflicts, they came the next day. The cold water valve had gone out, They needed to order the part. The next day AAA called to tell me how much the part was and the service charge to install it. I also decided to change the hot water valve. On 1/25/2011 they called to set up appoints to install the valves, The repairmen were on time, in spite of the weather, I had cold water within 15 minutes of their arrival. All of the people I spoke with were very courteous and friendly. They also honored a twenty dollar coupon from their website.
