They gave good service and their prices are good. They work me in the same day if they can. It takes 30 minutes for them to do a service and it took all day to replace the compressor. I would recommend them. I have used them for years.

She was extremely nice and helpful. She was ethical unlike another provider that I had used probably for the same issue. There was no cost, she saved me a bundle.

It worked out well. They came in, were on time, replaced it with very little inconvenience to me. They did a great job.

We did not have a service fee for this work because we pay an annual membership fee. The service was great and they did a good job. The workers were professional, they got the job taken care of and they were very prompt. They call within thirty minutes of arriving and they always hit that mark. It is nice that they call about thirty minutes of arriving so that you are not waiting around for the entire window.

Within 3 1/2 hours the old one was out, a new one installed with the expansion tank and a new pressure gauge. Every bit cleaned up.

I applied for the water heater on Nov 28, but did not fill any scheduling information due to kitchen remodeling that has not yet been scheduled. AAA Home contacted me today (12/1)by telephone to ask about scheduling the water heater an installation. I explained that I could not schedule now due to the upcoming remodeling. But, I told them that some questions about what other costs associated with this "deal," , e.g., going from a 40 to a 50 gallon unit. They told me an extra $65 (as indicated in the ad) plus $100 extra for installation (not included in the ad). I then asked what additional costs would be associated with this "deal," and was told that there would be a permit charge (in the ad) and a charge for an overflow unit (not in the ad) as well as a charge for an overflow unit. These extra charges of $100-$400 (i.e., charges not spelled out in the ad) were not acceptable to me. I told them that I wanted to cancel my order and they told me that I would have to do that through Angie's List, as I have done here today. AAA Home Services handled my questions truthfully and were courteous throughout our conversation. I would rate them as "A" for how they handled our telephone call, despite the fact that I am cancelling my order.

Overall it went fine. He performed the services requested in a timely and efficient manner. My only complaint was that I felt like he was trying to scare me into purchasing a water replacement valve by talking nonstop about all kinds of problems I was going to have with my plumbing fixtures and appliances. It just felt like and over-sell. I told him it was frustrating me that he kept telling me how badly I needed this, but hadn't told me the price. Finally, right before he left, he gave me a quote to install one for $647. I have received other quotes from certified plumbers to install the valve for less than $290-340. I have also had someone from the water company tell me that he thinks it is not necessary at all.

I purchased the water heater flush deal but he talked me out of actually doing the job he was there for. He looked over the water heater and said everything was fine with it but said that the flush wouldn't actually remove much of the sediment and minerals that had settled at the bottom. He instead went through my house pointing out things that should be serviced and gave general advice and tips on things. He said someone from the company would call about a couple things that I needed to have fixed but I never heard back from them and still haven't. He did provide me with some good information but I was just surprised that he didn't do the work he had came there for because he said it wouldn't do much good.

They were very responsive. They had reasonable prices. They came out right away and contacted me back quickly if I had any questions. After they installed the toilet, my wife wanted a soft seat and they came right out to switch the seats at no additional charge.

Three days later I called them. I was informed that the unit was on back order. It was supposed to be in five dats later and they would be there the following day to install it. No explanation or apology for not informing me of the delay or why there was a delay. Seven days later I called again. I was told that the units were being shipped any day and that they would be calling me as soon as they came in. I have since left three messages - none of which were returned.

The service went well. They were very responsive and flexible with our schedule. They worked on the washer and dryer. He was not able to fix the problem with the washer and dryer. He also looked at the water heater in the basement and suggested we buy a filter. One technician came out and completed the service in about 40 minutes. He was very kind and pleasant to work with. He solved the problems we were having.

Plumber fixed slow leak in shower stall drain, found internal leak in bathtub spout (explaining the mildew smell), and recommended garbage disposal replacement (which we were already aware)

I called them and they came out, but as it turned out, they didn't have the parts for my oven. The reason I called them in the first place was because they advertised that they serviced the brand in the yellow pages. I still had to pay the service charge. He didn't even have to travel to me, he said he was already in my neighborhood and told me he could be there in 5 minutes, which he was.

When appt was scheduled, was not informed there would be a fee (it may have been on Angie's List; so my fault for not checking), but seems they'd advise up front of the fee to send someone out. Please note below. Basically, I paid $138 (thru another licensed prof. via Angie's List) v. $650-675 (my message to AAA Heating & Cooing is below): Hello. I would like a refund of the $55. I paid $68.50 for your technician to advise of $150 for labor to install a garbage disposal... labor of $295 to replace a tub shower valve... $50 to install 2 metal hose and hook-up a washer and dryer. These figures arrive to $563.50 (debit the $20 coupon, $34.95 for 1/2 the service fee of $68.50), brings the total to: $508.55 -and- excluded the parts (which would have brought the total close to $650-$675. The repair was completed for $138 (total) - tub (small piece replaced), disposal repair, change of metal hose/connect w/d, and to check my sump pump - via a provider on Angie's List. **sorry; 2 metal hose was to washer (didn't specify). Note the owner offered to apply this $20 coupon they have and 1/2 of the service fee tot he work). Feel free to view the message exchange. The owner advised 3 times that this individual must not have been licensed (twice, via v-mail) after I repeatedly advised I got him off of Angie's List, and they are certainly licensed. Nevertheless, the owner last advised (Friday v-mail) that he did not want to keep typing back/forth and asked me to call him (after I had phoned once and left a v-mail to just e-m me). I feel it's basic enough for him to just read my message and pose any questions he may have. I left another v-mail on Saturday.

I am not a technician but, they diagnosed, replaced a part in the electrical part of the heating and A/C system. They were very professional, they made sure that we were satisfied. They needed a feedback. Overall experience, I will give them a good grade.

All work was completed professionally.

The service person came out within 24 hrs. to repair my freezer. He was able to identify the problem pretty quickly, based on what I told him, and what he saw. The defrost heat element needed to be replaced. He showed me the problem with the broken element. He had the part on the truck. He was efficient with time. Not much of a talker, but courteous enough. The price seemed reasonable to me for the service call, the part and the amount of labor it took to replace it. I would recommend and use this service again.

They were on time, gave good feedback about our air filters and inspected the unit

Wonderful service. Really liked that he showed and explained everything to me as he went along.

He found a few things in the bathroom, but he talked me out of doing the water heater, because he said that it was plastic and had a metal wrench, and said that if it breaks, we would have to get a new one. He said that if it was working, we should leave it alone, which surprised me. He didn't do the main thing that I brought him in for. He did find a few other things around the house. There were no additional charges on top of the $49 of the big deal. They responded fast. It was a little surprising to ask him to come out and do something, and then he talked me out of it.

AAA Appliance Repair did fine. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service was good. They are pretty competitive on pricing. They came within the time they said.

He gave us the details for all the repairs work that needs to be completed around the house. The estimated cost was $ 650-750.

I reached out to them because after I purchased it I went back and read that the Big Deal didn’t include something I was looking for, an overflow tank. I realized I would need to pay $100+ additionally for that and it wasn’t as much of a deal at that point. I canceled the Big Deal and they responded quickly to that request. I felt it was a little bit false advertising because the Big Deal didn’t include things that are very standard.

I had been able to close the bottom freezer door door, which beeped every 2 minutes. I was overjoyed when Tyler, the AAA repairman, called and said he would be over from 12-4 PM. When he arrived he was cheery, professional, and solved the problem in 5 minutes. He only charged me for a service call, because he said that the 5 minutes he was there was not (to his reasoning) a charge more than a service call. He was so nice, he would be welcomed back by me at any time I needed him.
