Description of Work: AAA was a provider for Lowe's warranty on repair for Samsung Refrigerator. The refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday and Lowe's does not send repair on weekends so we contacted another large appliance service company and was able to have some help from a repair man on the weekend and the appliance needed a new control board which needed to be ordered. We then waited for AAA to come to the home because of warranty on the weekday. The service repair representative looked over the refrigerator and said, "its working now". We told him about the service repair representative from Samsung that said it needed a new control board, and I called the Samsung representative and had him talk to AAA repairman. The AAA repairman then put another call into a Samsung representative he worked through and decided to order a fan and replace the fan. I asked him why he wasn't following through with ordering the control board and he said, he trusted HIS Samsung representative and he would like to just replace the fan and see if everything went well within the next 30 days while then we would be under a 30 day warranty. I told him this is the second time our Control Board has been called into Lowe's for malfunction and he said the most he would do was "note customer requested new Control Board" and see if Lowe's would authorize replacement. The service man's attitude was self serving and did not respect the facts shared. I then AAA office and told them to not bother coming back to repair my appliances and went back to the service repairman from Angie's List and Lowe's reimbursed us for the service cost.

Description of Work: Installed water heater. Did good job, however, the cost I felt was excessive. One extra part that would cost $4 at Lowes cost me $75. Water heater was $749 with only a 6 year warranty. It was $95 for permit and $45 to remove old unit.
