The serviceperson, J.D., arrived on time and was pleasant to deal with. A quick inspection of my old unit confirmed that it was beyond repair. We negotiated a replacement unit (State), price (applying Yellow Pages coupon to service call/replacement heater), and installation schedule. The process was very comfortable and included valid recommendations from J.D.! I greatly appreciated his professional manner! In conclusion, I am very pleased with the entire experience!

They did a fine job. Their price was reasonable for the work that they did.

Called to order a part for my dryer, the parts manager stated that he never heard of the part, I tried to explain to him the part did exist and he acted as if I was wasting his time and he hung up the phone. I called to speak to the owner, Jeff, the next morning and explained to him how rude and unprofessional the parts manager was the day before. Jeff acted as if it was no big deal.

It took a while for the dishwasher to arrive at A-All Appliance but once it did we were able to schedule an appointment on the day most convenient for us. The two young men arrived within the scheduled time frame. They were very polite and even asked if they could use some paper towels to clean up some of the water that had spilled. They worked efficiently, tested the machine and removed my old machine and all the parts that we had collected trying to fix it. The work space was cleaned and everything works great. Very professional.

Originally scheduled sometime from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. but technician called an hour early to check on availability. Appreciated this convenience because water heater had been out for three days. In non-emergency situation would have resented canceling afternoon appointments. Performed work satisfactorily, but was curt, judgemental, and somewhat non-responsive. Indirectly threatened not to honor portion of warranty because the filter was dirty and because I had removed thermocouple housing in advance to reduce work time. Water heater was only 2 1/2 years old and thermocouple was less than 2 years old. Also, reeked of cigarette smoke, did not bring pail or extension cord and had to borrow mine.

AAA Appliance Heating & Cooling has top-notch people there. We've had them do repairs in the past. They are totally courteous, efficient and prompt. I like all of the work they've done for us. One time they replaced a gasket on our washing machine and didn't even charge us.

I think that he was good. He seemed to know what he was dong and got the problem solved with the dryer. It is working fine now and I have not had any more trouble. I was happy with them and I will use them again.

AAA came out in two days and gave me an estimate. We needed to wait for a part to come in and within a week, he was back and it was fixed. He was very professional and tried to work fast since he was conscious of the fact that we were fixing it on my lunch break.

I am not pleased with the job done by this company because it took them three months to find out what was wrong with my dishwasher. I had a horrible experience with them. I think they took to long to find out the problem.

I have used AAA for several years now, and they are the ones who installed the unit. I think they really know what they are doing and make sure everything is running smooth. They even change the filter for me when they come out.

The gas wouldn't turn on on my oven. He cleaned the oven for about five minutes and the oven started heating. He only charged me a service fee which I thought was extremely fair.

The plumber came to our house three times to try and replace our faucet. Each time he came he was not interested in doing the work. Initially he said we could not replace the faucet we had because they didn't make that type any more. He left and I went to a supply stores. They didn't carry the kind of faucet that I needed, so I called them back, because they said they MIGHT be able to find one. The same person returned and suddenly found a faucet in St. Louis, but he had to drive 'all the way downtown' to get it. He got a faucet and had to chisel out part of our sink to install it. Afterwards, it was still leaking and when he returned he tightened a few things, he basically didn't care. It has been a year and this faucet was not installed correctly. I had to call another plumber who came and finally installed it correctly. I will not use them again.

They did excellent work. Their price was good. She was very nice and they have a nice office.

Excellent. Showed up on time, checked out the washer and gave me an estimate.

At the time, the experience was somewhat stressful because we couldn't use our master bath shower for over 7 weeks after moving into our home. The repairs were supposed to be covered by our insurance, but we had to pay $200 to have a marble slab removed so there was access to plumbing and another $150 for something else that wasn't covered. It took five trips and over a month to get things up and running.

It went well. The employee was on time. The company gave us a time range for that day and then the employee called approximately 30 minutes before coming to our house to let us know he was on his way. He fixed the problem. The employee was professional and polite but not especially friendly. He just wanted to get in do the work and get out. I should mention that this was through our home warranty company and our copay was $55. Had we had to pay for the service it would have cost us a total of $125. We had to use this company one other time, again with the home warranty, to clear a clogged toilet. The toilet clog fix didn't go so well. The employee was having trouble with his toilet auger. He also tried to run down other work that workmen had done in our house. He stated ''a moron did this''. He was right that a moron did do the previous work but I think there might have been a more professional way of saying it.

The repairman installed a new igniter, but then discovered that he could not cost effectively repair the fluctuating temperature issue. He told me it would be best to simply purchase a new wall oven. He took out the igniter out and only charged me for a service call.

THE MAN WAS VERY CONDESCENDING. I KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG, BUT WAS UNABLE TO GET DOWN THERE TO REPAIR IT BECAUSE I HAD JUST FALLEN AND NEED TO HAVE KNEE SURGERY HE ALSO SAT AT THE KITCHEN TABLE, TELLING US HIS LIFE STORY. HE WOULD NOT STOP TALKING WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY INAPPROPRIATE. HE ALSO CHARGED $93.50 AND I MENTIONED THE $20 COUPON IN THE YELLOW PAGES. HE SUGGESTED THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME A BETTER DEAL OF $10 OFF WHICH WAS JUST THE SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT. THE DISPOSAL STILL DRAINS SLOW. I DO NOT WANT THIS MAN BACK IN MY HOUSE.

BOTH THE APPOINTMENT DESK AND BILL WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. FOR EACH OF THE THREE TIMES THAT I CALLED TO SET UP THE SERVICE APPOINTMENTS, I WAS GIVEN A TIME BETWEEN 8 A.M. AND NOON. EACH TIME, BILL PHONED BEFORE 10 A.M. TO ASK IF IT WOULD BE CONVENIENT FOR ME IF HE CAME OVER. THEN HE SHOWED UP WITHIN 15 MINUTES. BILL KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WAS GENUINELY DETERMINED TO SAVE MY BELOVED OLD FRIDGE. I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE.

AAA APPLIANCE REPAIR WAS SCHEDULED TO LOOK AT MY REFRIGERATOR, BUT DID NOT SHOW UP. BY THE TIME I SCHEDULED ANOTHER REPAIRMAN FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, IT WAS TOO LATE TO SAVE THE FOOD IN MY FREEZER. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY ARE NOT SERVICE ORIENTED.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE BUT KNOW NOTHING OF THE FAIRNESS OF PRICE!

FOUND DOORSTOP PROBLEM FAST AND FIXED IT IN 5 MINUTES. MY WIFE WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE TECHNICIAN'S WORK AND ATTITUDE.

VERY HELPFUL WITH PURCHASING A NEW REFRIGERATOR. WERE ON TIME AND POLITE.

I CAN ONLY SPEAK ABOUT THE MAN CALLED DAVE. HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS DONE SERVICE WITH US. HE IS THOROUGH, GIVES EXPLANATION, ESTIMATE IN WRITING AND THEN HE DOES THE WORK.

I THINK THIS PARTICULAR MECHANIC DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH EXPERIENCE AND IT TOOK ALL OF THREE WEEKS TO FIND OUT IT NEEDED A NEW MOTOR.
