Description of Work: We purchased 8 windows--two casement windows, one picture window and five double hung windows. The sales process was simple and straight forward. The company owner, Dennis Riley, and answered all of my questions and explained the various option very well. There was no pressure to buy. The bid was handled by e-mail. The person who came out to measure, Dale, had additional helpful suggestions which led to our decision to purchase casement windows for the kitchen. The pricing seemed reasonable and I am very pleased with the quality of the windows. The installers could not have been nicer. Eddie was very knowledgeable and professional. His crew worked efficiently and left the work areas very clean. We plan to replace our remaining windows in the next year and would not hesitate to use this company again. In fact, I've already recommended them to someone today. |

Description of Work: Replaced two windows. I purchased an Angie's Deal and then upgraded the windows some. I was contacted within two days of purchase by the owner, Dennis. He went over everything and scheduled a time for installer to come measure and then ordered the windows. When they came in, was able to schedule work to be done that same week. Charlie, the installer, was very polite and friendly but no-nonsense kind of guy that got the job done. The clean-up was great and he put the patio furniture all back in place. Dennis called to see how the job went. And the windows look great! This has been the best experience I have had with an Angie's Deal. Would definitely recommend Zen Windows and would use them again.

The installation was fast and went like clockwork, which I really appreciated because it was a cold day. The new windows are beautiful. I am very satisfied.
