Everything with Zen was relaxing and pleasant from start to finish! The initial estimate was so easy with no hard sale tactics or long pitches like some of the other estimates we pursued. The team at Zen were highly responsive and communicative throughout the decision-making and ordering process about what kind of windows we wanted in our home. The windows came in on time and were installed promptly. The install team clearly knew what they were doing too! They kept our home clean and safe throughout the install, and were incredibly efficient. The final product looks great. We have a few other contractors coming through our home for other projects, and already a couple of them have remarked on the quality and aesthetics of our windows without prompting! I can't wait to see how the windows themselves wear and operate over time. Zen, thank you! Very, very pleased!

Zen Windows did an outstanding job replacing all the windows in my home and my sliding door. I had originally gotten a quote from a well known nationwide window installer who tried to upsell me every step along the way. The people at Zen Windows were honest with me about what I needed and what I didn't need and patient with all of my questions. As single woman with little construction knowledge, I appreciated that honesty and the exceptional treatment I received as much as the fair pricing for a quality product. The install crew was friendly and courteous and worked diligently to complete the work in a timely manner to cause the least disruption possible. They did a terrific job - true craftsmen! I can't say enough about my great experience and am telling everyone I know.

Great company. I did my 2 patio doors first. I have not had much luck when dealing with companies on repairs of my home so I wanted to see how this project went before I did any of my other windows. Literally, everything went perfect! Kevin installed my patio doors, sealed and caulked them and cleaned up everything. No stress. I was honestly surprised that everything went so smoothly, from ordering to installment. I decided to go ahead and do the 7 windows in my house. Dennis made sure my order was correct and exactly what I wanted before placing my order. He told me they would be ready in about 12 weeks and they were. Eddie and Jimmy installed them. Again, perfect! They also did my basement hopper windows and exceeded my expectation by fixing the loose wood sills and putting molding on the outside of the house. The windows and doors are very nice. I do not have any drafts, I immediately noticed less noise from the outside, and the glass does not get hot from the sun like my old windows did. Now that all my windows are replaced, I am sure I will see a bigger difference in my gas and electric bills.

The project carried out with a great satisfaction. Installers arrived on time and did a very good job completing the work. They were very professional. The job was finished in a very timely manner. Job site was fully cleaned and vacuumed. We intend to hire them for future projects. The owners are very professional and maintain communication from the start to finish. Highly recommend them.

I am a very detail oriented person, and can genuinely say that this company is TOP NOTCH. The owner personally guides you through the products and processes every step of the way. No pressure at all. Very honest. The installers, Eddie and Jimmy, were also very professional. The quality of their work was amazing. 100% satisfied with the company, and the Nirvana Softlite windows are awesome.

We couldn't be more pleased with our new windows. Dennis and Rhonda were most helpful making suggestions as to which windows would best serve our needs and Kevin installed them in just one-half day. We still have a few more windows to update and will be ordering from Zen again.

I was really impressed. We needed 10 of the original windows in out 136 year old house replaced. Dennis and Rhonda had a quote back to me in less than two hours. The windows were here and installed less than a month later. Eddie and the installation crew were prompt, professional and nice to be around. The windows are very high quality and they did a fantastic job on the install which they completed in one day. They look great! Also, they cleaned up everything; things were cleaner after they left than when they got here. Thanks guys! Job well done and at far less cost than I expected.

Zen Windows sells quality windows at a very fair price; simply provide them with a rough measurement of your windows and you receive a quote in return. Very simple and straightforward process. I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. The entire Zen Window family are exceptional people, from the owners to the installers. The process to obtain a quote was very easy. I received s quick response. The price quoted was very competitive and reasonable. Once I decided to go with Zen they were quick to schedule a time to obtain measurements of the windows. It did not take more than 2 weeks to hear from them in order to schedule a time for the windows to be installed. On installation day the Installers was very punctual. They immediately got to work and when finished I was very impressed. I love my windows and no money was required until I inspected the work and gave them a thumbs up. I recommend Zen Windows Of St. Louis to anyone that is looking to replace their windows. You will not find a Company that displays professionalism, compassion and honesty.

After getting a couple of bids from other window companies, I decided to get one more bid. I found Zen Windows on Angie’s List and was quite impressed that all the reviews, except one, was rated “A”. After reading several of the reviews at how happy people were with the windows and the whole process from getting the quote to the installation and doing a little research on the internet on my own, I decided to request a quote for my windows. I am glad that I did. The process was so easy. I received a reply from Dennis within minutes of my request. The price was definitely comparable to or better than the other quotes I had received. In addition to the quote, Dennis sent a brochure that provided a wealth of information about Zen Windows and several videos about the windows and the installation process. After several emails back and forth with questions and quick answers and my own research, I decided to go with Zen for my window project. On the day of the installation Eddie and his assistant arrived at the designated time and immediately got to work. They put down covering on my floors to protect them and left the house clean both inside and out when they were finished. Eddie even helped me reinstall my window blinds which I definitely appreciated. I am really happy with my double hung windows. I would highly recommend Dennis and Rhonda Riley with Zen Windows.

Excellent purchasing experience. Dennis was great and easy to work with. The installation crew was exceptional, even working a full day out in the rain in order to get the job finished. There was some confusion on how many windows we needed and on the day of installation they were one short. A simple mistake. Dennis took a little money off the additional window which was greatly appreciated. The windows look really nice. I've not had them long enough to gauge the long term quality of them but I'm confident they're a good product. At this point we've had them for two months. We're currently remodeling a home and have dealt with many contractors. So far our experience with Zen Windows has been the best.

It was a great experience! I found Zen Windows and Dennis on the internet. Dennis sent me brochures and we talked on the phone and emailed a few times. After two other bids (that were a drag to sit through) (none of THAT with Zen Windows), I decided on Zen. Great prices for beautiful and efficient double hung windows. I went with the Nirvana line. Dale came out about a week before and measured all my windows, he even double checked his measurements. Dennis' crew, Ed, Caleb and Jim, arrived on time. They replaced 13 windows (some up very high). They were able to finish in one day. They never stopped working! They left the inside and outside of my house spotless!! It was such a pleasure working with the crew. They were very professional, courteous, and fun. It was a great day! I never slept better, it cut out all the train sounds etc. I love my beautiful new windows! I highly recommend Zen Windows!! Dennis and Kevin were very easy to work with. Once the weather cooperated, they had the windows installed within 3 hrs. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of new windows.

We are extremely satisfied with Zen Windows! We already had a bid from another ‘well-known’ window company and decided to contact Zen Windows. Requesting a bid was extremely easy as it was all online and there was no in-home visit from a pushy salesman. Dennis responded to our bid request almost immediately! He answered all of our questions and he was very patient with the many changes we made to our original bid (different style window, type of window coatings, number of windows, etc). In fact, some of our change requests were more expensive, but Dennis explained how these changes wouldn’t be worth the extra cost. We even had some unique grid patterns on our original windows that they matched. It would’ve been nice to see a sample window in person, but there were really good You-Tube videos on this brand of windows that helped us make the decision. After some research, we chose to have Zen Windows replace 13 of our construction-grade windows in our 14-yr old house. Their bid was lower than the other bid we received AND the windows that they install are better (based on the reviews and specs found online). Our windows were ready for installation 5 weeks after Dale came to our house to measure. The installer, Eddie, explained the installation process and also explained details of the windows after they were installed. We were told that it would take 2 days to install our 13 windows, but Eddie and his crew did it all in one day. They were very professional and were very considerate since I work from home. Dennis and Dale even came by to see how the installation was going. We had several windows replaced on the South-facing side of our house, which would get pretty hot in from the sun. We ordered the “Solar Low-E” coating on these windows and there has been a very noticeable decrease in temperature in these rooms! Eddie even came back a few days later to fix some cosmetic concerns I had with the trim (had nothing to do of the functionality of the windows, I am just picky). We thought we had a problem with one window after it rained, so Eddie came out again. He found no issues when he inspected the window but proceeded to add more insulation around the window anyway - no problems since. Not once did Eddie appear to be “bothered” by coming to our house after the initial installation – he was always professional and I could tell that he wanted us to be satisfied with the windows. They install high quality windows, are very professional, and their service is exceptional! Dennis was very attentive and responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. Zen Windows is a great company to work with!

Everything went smoothly and efficiently

Dennis was great to work with. My installation had some unexpected challenges for the installers, but Dennis and Ed took care of everything without any issues. I had a sliding vinyl window from another manufacturer installed about a year earlier and the windows from Zen function much better (the latches engage without applying any pressure, the latches form a tight seal and the windows move smoothly up and down). Will definitely be calling Zen when I do the front of the house. I almost passed over Zen because I thought they would be too expensive given their perfect reviews online. Give them a shot, their pricing was competitive and the service was great.

Zen sells high quality windows without the three hour sales pitch. If you like to do your own research, they are the company for you. They are happy to answer your questions and have videos available as well. There is no pressure. The installer is excellent. He has twenty years of experience and treats your home as if it is his own. Highly recommend!

I decided to buy new windows in my house after owning it for 25 years. I did my research on the best quality windows. One was the Soft-Lite and these had great energy ratings. So I started researching vendors. Came up with two. I chose Zen because Dennis answered all my questions promptly and made the most competitive quote. Dennis wanted my business. It was a great experience. One vendor could not deliver the windows for 3 months but Zen came out in about 5 weeks. Got all the work done and his staff was very conscientious of the house making sure to keep it clean. Even Dennis the owner showed up and helped. Dennis did not want any money form me until I was satisfied with the job. I went around and tested all the windows. They even made some adjustments for me. All I can say is they are great windows, great installation and great people.

Zen ordered the wrong size for one of the seven windows so that window couldn't be replaced in a timely mannner. Installer had to be called back due to 3/8 inch gap above two window frames.

Very well. Simple estimation process, did what they said they would do and installation was completed without any issues. Dennis is wonderful to work with. We have already ordered additional windows from them. Process was so easy and no long tiring pressure filled meetings to go through. Got the estimate, liked the price told them we wanted them and they installed them. Totally painless. I highly recommend them.
