I was satisfied with the results. Scheduling went well and they were able to come out quickly after I had called and on time. They accidentally over charged us for the service and when we addressed the issue, they refunded us completely for the over charge. They really stood behind their work, The fabric on the sofas were very delicate and they did a great job. I would recommend to use them again.

They took care of everything for me and I was very pleased with the work they did. They brought all the right equipment to do the job correctly. They discarded all the damaged flooring. I recommend them to a lot of people because I know they do a great job. They are not the cheapest but they do a high quality job and they have a good history.

The phone rep was very upfront and honest about the difficulty of removing mildew smell but still recommended a visit and quote from one of their techs. She got us scheduled within a couple days. The tech, Byron, was on time, very professional and also very upfront and honest about what he thought he could and could not do. He made a lot of good recommendations and quickly outlined a solution and wrote up a quote on the spot. I had a lot of confidence in his assessment of the situation and his suggestions so I scheduled the cleaning for the very next day. Byron was on time and just as professional the next day. He spent the entire day cleaning every single piece of upholstered furniture and he worked miracles. All the furniture and the whole house smells great. Byron couldn't have been more pleasant, professional and made the whole process painless. Everyone at Woodards was a total professional - thank you!

I really like the gentlemen who took away the carpets and brought them back, the pickup team. Their pickup team was just incredibly courteous and good about moving furniture and careful.They were really good and efficient. I did have a little trouble with one of the carpets so we had to send it back and they came back and took it away. So, cleaning the service itself was not ideal.

They do a good job. They are good at removing stains and does not leave a sticky residue. I have an option to call them back if there are further stains or spots and they will come back and fix it.

Great job cleaning two light colored chaise lounge coaches in my guest bedroom. There were lots of stains and the cleaning made them look brand new.

The employees I worked with were very accommodating to resolve my problem. They were punctual, professional and addressed my concerns. I would recommend them to others. They also charged me less than the original estimate. The employee that did the majority of the work at my residence has 30 years of experience.

Provider (one person) arrived on time after a phone call saying they were on their way. Proceeded to do a walk through the house, taking measurements, discussed price, discussed what could be moved and what would stay, discussed possible "difficult" areas (our recliner is old and was difficult to clean, and there were some stains on the carpet). Provider was very courteous, friendly and personable. Cleaned carpets thoroughly, cleaned recliner as best he could and left all surfaces lightly damp and not wet at all. All moved items were place up on blocks until carpets were dry. Everything took slightly longer to dry than anticipated, but 24 hours was more than adequate - recliner took a little longer. Process took around 2 1/2 hours to complete. Was very happy with the service and the results. My neighbor requested a card from the provider while they were here :)

Very well. I took the rugs in and they cleaned them.

Because the rug is dark in color, I asked if they would get the pet hair off, that the vacuum doesn't get. They said, "Yes." They also told me about a special they were having, which saved me money (you pay upfront) and they said they would call at the end of the week. They did call, but when I went for the rug, I found that it still had lots of pet hair on it. They said it shouldn't be like that and that they would clean it again. This time, two weeks later, I still had not received a phone call saying it was ready. I finally went to get it, and didn't have any problems. It was cleaner than the first time. It took 2 trips and 3 weeks to get this rug cleaned, but they did save me money with the special they were having. Woodard followed up with me after this review, with a personal note. This demonstrates that they do care about their customers, and I am very appreciative. I will definitely keep them as my rug cleaners!

Woodard's work was outstanding. I had heard if anyone could remove these stains (and save having to have the carpeting replaced) it was them and it is true! Outstanding work with outstanding results.

They are fine on American carpets but not on Orientals. I would never use them for my Oriental again. They did some damage to my Oriental rug. They resolved the issue but it was just not okay.

The young woman on the phone gave us an approximate estimate, set an appointment for carpet pickup. They came on time, moved furniture, gave us an estimate of a couple of add-on costs, removed carpets and disposed of old padding. The next day, they called and gave us the exact cost of add-ons, and set a date for return of carpets (about a week). Carpets were returned on schedule, replaced where it belonged and furniture was put in place. We were confident that they knew how to handle expensive carpets. It was a little more pricely than we anticipated, but the service was professional and the carpets look wonderful.

Went exceptionally well. On time, thorough cleaning.

I had just brought a condo with white carpet thru the whole apt. including the large bathroom. When they moved out they left very large deep stains in several areas. I certainly didn't want to buy new carpeting. Woodard came on time and Jeff worked on his hands and knees scrubbing on those really bad stains, he was so nice and pleasant. The carpet looked really good when he left, but said to call if after drying if some of them come back to call Woodard and he will return. Two of the really bad ones were still faintly showing and I called and Jeff returned and worked on them some more. Now my carpet looks absolutely beautiful. My sister thought for sure I would have had to buy new carpet but thanks to Woodard that can be at a very later time. I would not anyone else work on this carpet in the next few years, but Woodard. Jeff was the young man that work on my carpeting. He got down on his hands and knees and scrub with a brush and work on all the really bad stains. He was such a nice man, courteous and very pleasant. You would not believe that this is the same carpeting. It looks just beautiful, my daughter could not believe he got all those stains out. Like so many others I'm a bargin shopper and looked for a cheaper service, my realtor had given me a coupon for someone else but I knew that it would take an exceptional company to work on this job and I certainly didn't want to purchase new carpet. Excellent results. There were two difficult issues; one around an office chair mat was very dirty off the edge of the mat and this is barely noticeable after the cleaning. Second, unknown to us we had a small water leak in the corner of the basement rec room, which left some water stains and some bleeding of furniture finish onto the carpet. Mark was able to remove the water stains and greatly reduce the finish stain. It's still there but minimal.

The service tech arrived on time and was able to accommodate my last minute change of schedule. He was polite and businesslike, explaining all my options and measuring the area. I gave the go-ahead and he worked about 2 hours on the cleaning. The result was a very good job, with all the stains gone. If you're shopping for a low price in carpet cleaning, this company isn't the one. If you want a better than average job and good service, Woodard is a good bet.

i had heard Woodard cleaning was more expensive that other carpet cleaners special sale prices, but we had carpets and upholstery that had not been cleaned for a long time and we really wanted to obtain good results with one cleaning. I decided to trust Woodard's reputation and pay a little more for the great service I had heard they provide. Jeff, our technician was very professional and thorough. He explained everything in great detail prior to beginning the work. He let us know about any stains it might not be possible to remove to our satisfaction. He completely explained the two different processes of upholstery cleaning that could be used and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each. He helped us make the decision about which we should use. He protected our hallway through which he brought the hose from his truck. We had removed items from the surfaces of furniture and had moved some small furniture from the area to be cleaned, but Jeff moved all the rest of the furniture as needed. He cleaned everything to our satisfaction and replaced all furniture to its original locations with protectors under the feet of all furniture. He provided shoe covers for us to wear in the cleaned areas until the carpets were dry. He gave us instructions about how to limit use to the areas cleaned for 24 hours. Woodard also provides a spot cleaning solution for future spots. We would certainly recommend Woodard based upon our experience with Jeff and would use their services again when we need carpet or upholstery cleaning in the future.

Very professional. I have used this company for years. Our area rug was cleaned with care and attention to detail, and is much brighter now. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Woodards, and will continue to use them again in the future. Thank you!

They do an outstanding job! I have dogs that have made stains on the carpet and rugs but Woodard always removes the stains. They never complain and handle it with no problems.
