Service was prompt and friendly and job was excellent.

A crew was was sent Feb. 16 to set up fans and other equipment to start the drying out of the area. Project Manager, arrived to assess the damage and restoration of affected areas. When the carpet was dry and re installed ,the Project Manager returned to inspect and set up repair crew. One man was sent and worked 3 days. The area was taped off with plastic curtain. I was told to not remove until the following day. The following day I removed the plastic. The job was very poor quality, paint droppings all over the cabinets and woodwork . the paint did not match. I was very disappointed. The Project Manager arrived for a final walk through. He took one look and was horrified. Before I had voiced my disappointment . He said the entire job would be redone , apologized profusely. Rework was promptly rescheduled, when finished it was as if no damage had ever been done. True it was along inconvenience to me and should not have happened. I rated the company an A due to the long standing reputation the company has, and the Project Manager, Jeff Owens whose integrity and sense of quality of workmanship and fairness is an asset to the company

gentleman who came out was very professional, my insurance company chose them. They did a good job of matching the existing siding, cleaned up after the job was done. I would hire them again

We got about five capers cleaned and then they did a new special treatment that's a little like scotch guarding against dog accidents. It was costly and sorry, I don't remember exact coat. Over the last year I've seen what the treatment does, especially with spills. The liquid seems to float on top of the carpet for a brief time so if you throw a towel over it immediately, it doesn't even sink in. If it does sink in, it comes right out. The costly treatment was well worth it!

When finished, the rugs were much dryer than when previous cleaned by other companies, which makes us feel that more dirt was removed with the water. Well worth the price

Dropped off a large rug to be cleaned. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Rug was done ahead of promised delivery date. A week or so later, we had water pipe break in the house and the carpet was soaked. Brought it back to Woodard, assuming I'd have to pay for another cleaning. Since I got the carpet to them right away, they were able to dry it and were kind enough to do it quickly at no charge.I liked them anyway, but that gesture has secured them a loyal customer.

We were given dates that kept changing. After a month of trying to get them to start the job, they wanted us to sign a Work Authorization Form. If we had signed the form, we would have given them the rights to put a lien on our property and we would had to sign over any checks we received from USAA within 48 hours. Nothing was said about when they would start the job or our rights.

They did it between 11 and 4. They stayed because they had to cut out the wallboard and take of the paneling. They had to remove the vanity and remove everything in the basement. They stayed till everything was finished at 9 o’clock at night. I paid the $500 that was deductible. The total bill was $2141.31. They were prompt because they were here within an hour of my call to the insurance company. There was a young man who was in charge. He and another young man were out here. They were very professional. They explained everything to me. I went down to help them remove things and they told me that they could take care of it. I was kind of stuck because I had some friends come over. My friend asked if I was sure to leave them in my house and I said yes. I have known them to be a good company for a lot of times. In the past they were cleaning area rugs that I took to them. I know people who have used them and everybody has always been pleased with them. I was very impressed with this young man about his consideration of my predicament.

Woodard has saved us twice. A few years ago, during in home delivery of new expensive upholstered furniture the delivery men accidentally soiled our new custom sofa and chair with grease from their truck. The delivery company took full responsibility and took the furniture to Woodard. Woodard was able to remove the spots so well that we couldn't find any evidence of the stains. Soon after that episode, our dog had a terrible accident all over a new wool rug. Once again, Woodward was able to completely remove the spots. We highly recommend Woodard!

Their employees were very prompt and polite. Although heir estimate to dry the carpet and replace the pad was more than estimates we had gotten to put in all new carpet and padding. And it's not like the carpet that had gotten wet was nice irreplaceable carpet. So we did not use their service. We got new carpet eleswhere.

Timely pickup and they very kindly removed the old pad to the garage. Later the trash collector would only pick up for $30. Called Woodard and they said they would dispose of the pad for me for free. Great service!

I didn't use Woodard for any dry wall. I have used them in the past for cleaning things such as carpet cleaning, grout cleaning and floor cleaning. They did a good job. The cost depends on the square foot. An eight by seven area rug was hundred bucks and the ceramic flooring was $237.50 for a hundred and twenty square feet. They did another carpet for me earlier in the year which was about the same size for another hundred bucks. The price looks good.

They've been in the business for a long time. Everything was fine and I had my kitchen totally remodeled. There were some spots on the carpeting and the guys managed to get those out so they're not noticeable. They couldn't get them completely out but they made a second trip to work on those spots and there was no charge the second time. They did an excellent job in cleaning the carpeting.

The Woodard representative arrived before the firemen left, after the fire was out, and offered boarding up and cleanup services. I was glad to see him as I was in no condition to go shopping for help after the fire, late on a Friday evening, with holes in my walls and a soggy mess on my floors.. I have had work done previously by Woodard and so had confidence in their name and reputation. They had work crews at my house within an hour to board up the openings in the walls created by the fire fighters, to clean up the debris left when walls were pulled down, which was then soaked by fire hoses, and to take up and remove a wet area rug. Cleanup and boarding up were completed by 10 pm, about four hours after the fire was out. Woodard then brought in fans, dehumidifiers, and air purifiers which were set up in the fire-affected areas, which were closed off from the rest onf the house with plastic sheeting. These machines were run for three or four days, with regular monitoring of humidity levels, until the water left by the fire fighters was all dried up and most of the smoky odor was abated. These prompt services, which were all billed directly to and paid for by my homeowner's insurance, mitigated and prevented further damage to the property.

They were too expensive for what we are trying to accomplish so we ended up not doing any business with them. The people there were very professional and even though we did not do work with them, they did their best to help us out. I think they provide quality service but you have to pay for it. They always come in a little high so until I find another carpet cleaner, I'll get a bid from them.

Brandon was my Tech. He was on time, very polite, went over everything before he started working and my carpets have never looked so good. The price is a little higher than other companies that I have used in the past but it was well worth it!

The chair was over 20 years old and had never been cleaned so my expectations were low but the Woodard cleaner did an excellent job and was confident I would be pleased when the chair dried and he was correct

I have white carpet and they made it look very white. I usually have a hard time getting it clean but they did a good job.

Woodard is a top notch company. Excellent customer service. With that comes less than bargain prices. I would use them again.

The carpets never looked so good. They vary in age from 25 years to 15 years old and they all look new!

Our dog had an unexpected bout of diarrhea. After a failed effort to clean the couch cushion ourselves, I took it over to Woodard. They did a great job at a reasonable price (even though it was three days after "the event"), and it came back looking cleaner than its partner, which he hadn't pooped on :)

Woodard was responsive with their quote, their price when they arrived matched their quote. I found their online quote system very easy to use - and it was helpful and accurate. They arrived within the widow stated, and began work very quickly. The entire process was less than 2 hours. Most importantly, my carpets looked brand new after they left. We had some serious stains on the stairs, and some paint stains on the carpets and Woodard's tech was able to remove them all.

Terrific job, done on time for the agreed on price. We've used them several times, and recommend them highly.
