Description of Work: Cleaned my 8/11-foot Tibetan wool carpet and replaced the fringe on both ends. Beautiful job at less than half what I paid for similar services in the Washington, DC, area. We're new here, but a local told me after the fact that "Everybody uses Woodard for carpet cleaning." If you can drop off and pick up your rug, you save 30%.

Description of Work: Oriental rug cleaning. Excellent. Somewhat expensive but worth it. They have a pickup and delivery service which we did not use. It's cheaper if you take in and pick up your own rug.

Description of Work: I inherited a rug that had three soil spots from the previous owner's pet. We dropped off the Rug at Woodard's location for thorough cleaning and disinfecting. Not only did they advise me of a coupon I wasn't aware of, reducing the cost of the cleaning, the rug was done two days prior to their original pickup date. The rug looks like new, and we are very pleased.

Description of Work: I have used this company before and was disappointed this time. Way too expensive for what they did. Cursory vacuum before. Incomplete cleaning. I wasn't expecting a miracle, just expecting to get appropriate value for the cost. Will go with someone less expensive next time.
