Description of Work: The quality of their work was so superior to the other carpet cleaners that I felt that their price was well worth it. We have carpeting several places in out house and they have done a remarkable job. Also we have many wool imported rugs and would not trust anyone but Woodard to clean them.

Description of Work: We had storm water damage in basement. All carpet was destroyed as some furniture and boxes on the floor. All drywall had to be cut about 18 inches off the floor and removed.

Description of Work: They did a good job. My only issue was that there were several items on the bid that weren't done (covering hardwood for protection, cleaning, etc). We brought this to their attention and they took those items off the bill. All work they did was done very professionally.

Description of Work: They were responsive and quickly did the emergency water cleanup work back in June. | |However, they have failed to follow-up with me on numerous occasions to schedule and perform the reconstruction work. On the occasions that I was able to talk to someone, they claimed that they were waiting on my insurance adjuster to approve some additional expenses. My insurance adjuster was very responsive to me, so I'm not sure why they had such trouble communicating with him. Finally, my adjuster approved their additional expenses solely because this all was taking way too long and he didn't feel that it was worth the additional minor expenses to hold up the work. Even though he approved the additional expenses back in November, I still have yet to hear from Woodard. I tried calling them today around 11:45 am and spoke with Adam who asked me the name of my project manager. I informed him, that last I heard Tyler was assigned as the project manager. Adam told me that he would have someone call me back within an hour. 5 hours went by, and I did not receive the call back. I tried calling Woodard again after I got off of work, but they close at 5 and my only option was to try to appeal to the representative on the emergency line to put me in touch with someone who could salvage this project. At this point, I'm going to contact my insurance adjuster and ask him to recommend another company that they work with so that we can have the reconstruction work completed. |
