They will come out to pick up your rugs or you can have the dropped off which is cheaper. They will give you an estimate over the phone. They did a real nice job cleaning my rugs and they were ready for pick up when they said they would be.

We called May 16 and made an appointment for May 20 between noon and 4 p.m. they called after 3 to say they were running late, and they were. I had already cleared both rooms of furniture. They were done quickly. The two men were polite--they asked, for example, where they should park and how I would like them to bring in the hoses. The carpets are now immaculate.

After they left, I discovered they did not move furniture.

I took advantage of a sale (clean 2 rooms, get 1 cleaned for free). The employee was courteous and explained the process. He was careful with moving all furniture. He completed the job within the time frame he outlined at the beginning. My only suggestion would be that the sales rep should state up front that the carpets will be damp for at 24-48 hours. This would allow for advance planning to rearrange other activities in the home.

Both times the employees were very professional and courteous and did a great job on ridding the carpet (or minimizing) pet stains and stains in high-traffic areas.

They are more expensive than other companies but they are definitely worth the cost. They have never left a stain on the rug since I have used them and the workers are always very careful of the things that they have to move for the cleaning.

The work was not completed. The carpet still looks dirty. I asked them to send a different crew out to finish the work and they sent out the same guys! These workers only stayed for ten minutes during the second visit.

I think they did a very good job. I was very pleased with how clean the carpets were. They arrived at the time that was scheduled. They were very professional. They were cordial and polite. Their prices were competitive with others.

Their quality of work is excellent and they are very professional. I have used them for 10 years and here and there. I have tried others that are less expensive and I am never as happy as when I have used them. The price listed reflects the use of a 2 for one furniture cleaning special that they were having at the time.

We think they did a really good job. The workers were professional as they all wore uniforms. I was happy with the way my carpet turned out and would recommend them to others. I really don't remember the price that I paid but I don't think the price was a problem.

They were great! I'm going to have them come back again. They were a little bit more expensive than other places, but they were better I thought. They were very thorough and they cleaned around the edges.

I like them very much. They offer a six month treatment where if anything resurfaces they will come back and treat the area for free. I had to call them back because some pet stains resurfaced and they came and got them taken care if.

I would say that my experience was a positive one. The only thing I didn't like at the beginning was that right after I picked the rugs up I noticed that the mats were a little beaten up, but later on they went back to how they were so I couldn't say that was negative.

I think that Woodard did an impeccable job on cleaning these rugs. I intend on using their services again, in the future. They have a very thorough drying out and dehumidifying process. They took care of the restoration in a very timely manner for us.

I have six children and the carpet was quite dirty. They were able to remove and clean most of the stains in the carpets and I was very pleased with the results however the carpet cleaner did not show up at the allotted time and did not call to let us know that he was going to be late. I had to call the company and he showed up an hour after the time frame quoted to us. I would however rehire them for deep cleaning of my carpets again.

The rug looked really good when they were done. It did not take them very long to get the work done and I was quite pleased with their service. They were very knowledgeable of oriental rug cleaning and they seemed to used good products.

I had tried other carpet cleaners before, but ended up back with Woodward because they do such a good job and are so easy to work with. They are very thorough, making sure to dry the carpet well before they leave. The carpets look great.

The service with Woodard was great. They called when they were on there way. They called back and explained they were caught in traffic. They did a great job. The carpet is older and in need of replacement, we are getting ready to do some construction projects and are holding out for new carpet after that is finished. The two guys that came were very nice. I would have them out again to clean!

I spoke at length with the scheduler about our needs and received a verbal estimate beforehand, but with assurances that the technicians would be flexible in case I decided against doing some areas when they arrived. Technicians were prompt and courteous, explained the process before they started, indicated that the cost would be somewhat lower than originally quoted once they saw the areas to be cleaned, and were finished in about 2 hours. The living room looked great despite the age of the carpet, and they performed miracles in the bath, where the carpet was stained and very soiled. They left behind a spot cleaner and two pairs of booties for my husband and I to use until the carpet dried completely. They also provided detailed instructions for care and maintenance afterward.

I was notified at the beginning of the day of the two hour window and then was called 30 minutes before the team arrived. The team introduced themselves and asked if I had any specific concerns. They asked what I would like moved and cleaned under and walked with through the rooms and we discussed what the spots might be on the carpets. They measured the areas and gave me the quote for the cleaning. Once I approved the quote they began working. The team was courteous and efficient.

Appointment process was easy although they were busy right before the holidays so we scheduled for after as no real hurry. They sent a reminder postcard and phone calls. Both men that came were nice and helpful. They explained what they were doing and discussed the areas about which I was concerned. The carpets looked significantly better, all major stains came out. The only areas that don't like significantly better are from wear, not their fault and nothing they can do. Also explained that the carpet might look buckled for a while but would go back-and it did. It did take a little longer to dry than they estimated. Also explained Scotchguard which cost $60 extra (for us) but they will come back any time there is a stain that doesn't come out in the next 6 months for free. Took about 1.5 hours for 2 bedrooms, one large walk-in closet and one small entry way.

When I called to make the appointment, the scheduler was pleasant and courteous. The crew that did the work arrived on time and were pleasant and courteous as well. One of the crew, Tim, in response to my concern with any smells that might result from the supplies they would use to protect and deodorize the upholstery, talked with me patiently about what they could do and let me decide what they would do. There was no after-mess, and the sofa and love seat look great. A quality experience.

We had a very good experience with Woodard. The gentleman was on time and very friendly. He took the time to explain our options to us. He was very patient when we changed our minds on some things. He did an excellent job of cleaning.

They cut it to the sizes I needed and bound it, so I have area rugs that match my carpet. I was very pleased with the work.

They clean very soiled carpet really good. They have cleaned carpet for me for years.
