They came and picked up 4 large oriental carpets. They took it to their cleaning facility. They told me that they have the only large carpet cleaning facility within 400 miles. They can do oriental rugs. Seven days later they returned the carpet. I also had them do some repair work and bought new pads. Their customer service is excellent. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me an exact quote beforehand. They also scotch guarded it. They set your expectations in advance and they deliver 100% on the expectations you set. Their prices are high, but they are the only ones who do these carpets. I will use them again in the future.

They did a wonderful job. They were friendly and efficient. They made sure to protect furniture legs with plastic so they did not get wet and possibly stain our rugs. They also took some of the smaller rugs to their establishment to clean. They made sure to move the furniture back. They carpets look great and I would recommend their services to anyone.

They are prompt, they do an excellent job, they always go beyond my expectations and don't charge outrageous prices. They also frequently have discounts available as well.

Several people recommended them to me. The scheduling was quick, convenient and they said they'd call to let u know when they'd be here. They called when they said they would, showed up, moved furniture and they were very careful about it. They brought the rug back then put the furniture back in place. They were very professional and punctual and did a good job.

It was fine. They seemed thorough at removing stains.

I have no complaints. They are always friendly. Their front room staff is very friendly. They offer to carry in stuff and carry it out for you. They do have a delivery service. They are very quick. I've never really had to wait very long for anything.

The man who cleaned everything did a wonderful job. He arrived on time, toured the house with me and worked non-stop. He asked me to inspect the job before he left. He was courteous and very respectful of my house.

I've used them for many years. My oriental have to be taken out to be cleaned so they pick them up and take them out. They deliver them and put them back in the room for me. They are very knowledgeable as far as rug restoration, reweaving and dying. They can restore hand woven oriental's as they have a women who can do that. They have a large plant where they can do room size oriental's. They use special techniques because of the vegetable dyes that those are frequently made with. They are trustworthy. They respond well to call backs if you have any problems or issues. With smaller rugs they have an area where, if there is an issue they mark it on the ticket and they will roll out the rug on the floor to show you what the problem was. They explain what was done and why the results didn’t come out perfect so that you understand what the situation was. I find that very helpful because you know that they didn't overlook it or ignore it. I think they are very fair with their price. I don't have any concerns at all with them. They clean furniture as well so if I need a piece of furniture to be cleaned I call them.

They picked up the rugs from our house and delivered them back after they were cleaned. They were very punctual and professional. They returned the rugs when they said they would. I will use them again in the future.

They are really good. I trust them and keep going to them. I don't shop around because they have been consistently good and honest. They tell me if there is anything they cannot do.

They are very careful and courteous with their cleaning. They put on paper booties and are very clean men. We moved small pieces of furniture out of the living room. Then they put movers under the large pieces of furniture and moved them out of the way. Their carpet cleaning dries overnight which is really nice. Before they leave, they give us a goody bag with carpet cleaners for pet stains and information about how to remove other stains.

Called them on Tuesday and made an appointment for that Friday. They gave me a rough estimate for how much the job would cost. It was acceptable, so I confirmed the appointment. They gave me a 2 hour window (between noon and 2 pm) for when the technician would be there, and he arrived promptly on Friday at noon. He measured the areas I needed cleaned and gave me a final price before he started his work - it ended up being the same price as the estimate. Since the hallway and stairs were larger areas, they counted as full rooms for pricing. The technician (I think his name was Peter) was very friendly and did a great job. He had me review his work before I paid to make sure everything was satisfactory. The carpet was mostly dry by nighttime.

We've used them multiple times. They come twice a year. They also do draperies and fabric wall coverings but we haven't used them for that. Their price is very good and they are prompt. They are very professional and the result of their work is excellent. We are very pleased with the work they do.

I think they are the best. I have had other companies, but I like them the most. Some companies clean the carpets and it takes four days for the carpets to dry. However, these guys do the work and the carpets dry in a day. They have been around for almost 100 years. I usually have them clean my carpets in the spring. I take my oriental rugs to them. I don?t use any other company for carpet cleaning. They were referred by somebody. I have been using them for 30 years because they have always done the best job. I usually get the steam cleaning done by them. They also clean my upholstery. I spent $600 on the job the last time I used them. They are not cheap. They are one of the more expensive companies, but I get what I pay for. They provide me more service in the long run. They send me a brochure about their services. I would use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job. They confirmed the appointment twice. The employee was very nice and did good work. We had a sealant stain on the carpet right by the kitchen door that they got a special chemical and came back out to clean at no charge.

Right on time, but you can't request AM or PM, they'll tell you. The cleaning was very thorough, even some high traffic areas where the carpet is physically worn and matted look much better. And, the carpet was much drier at the finish than we've seen in the past by others, so we could resume walking and replacing furniture/furnishings earlier. Jeff explained the difference between plush and berber carpet styles, and nylon vs olefin fibers (we have both) and the different cleaning and maintenance requirements. Qute an education. He also gave us some spot remover, and some booties in case we had to walk on the damp carpet

They did a good job. It took a bit for it to dry and it was cold and rainy out so turning on the A/C wasn't an option. The carpets look great and they ended up coming back with air dyers. They moved the furniture for me.

They were simply amazing. My mother had fallen and the house flooded. They did a full restoration of the flood damage and we were able to sell the home in a week's time. The water had run non-stop in the home for twelve hours and thanks to them we were able to sell the house. I cannot say enough great things about them. They were also recommended to us by CHUBB Insurance. Their people were super professional and did an unbelievable job. They did perfect mold remediation, took down plaster ceilings and I've never seen a group of people work so hard in all of my life.

I was very pleased with the promptness and professionalism of Joshua, the technician. Josh explained the cleaning process to me and what the expectations should be for carpeting stained by pet urine. He was very detailed in his description of the chemical make up of the urine and its affects on carpet fibers once the carpet is soiled. He explained to me that the upstairs carpeting was beyond the scope of what he was able to accomplish with cleaning. Josh could have very easily cleaned the carpeting without a guarantee, but he was totally honest that the outcome would be below Woodard standards. I have become cynical over the years with companies pushing services they know will not be satisfactory because, well, it's business. It was totally refreshing to know that Josh was truthfull in what he could accomplish upon seeing the soiled carpeting. The lower level cleaning of the newer carpeting was beyond satisfaction. When I sit down there now I wouldn't know any pets live in this house.

They were very considerate; they wore booties and came in and out of the garage as to not disturb the rest of the home. They were courteous, prompt and arrived when they stated they would as well. They stayed on target and completed the work in the time frame allotted. They also came back to clean the carpet in my kitchen at no charge due to all the traffic through that area of the house.

I have been going to them for years and I trust them with my rugs. I even recommended them to a friend.

Please see above statement. They exceeded all my expectations and gave me a fine example of professional service so often lacking today.

They are the only place in town that I would trust. They are not inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for. They are cleaned well and well taken care of.

I have used Woodard in the past to clean area rugs and when I needed someone to come out to steam clean my basement carpet they were an obvious choice based on my past experience. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to accommodate my schedule. The technician arrived on time and did a great job. He recommended an additional stain proofing product and left me with a goody bag of information and stain remover when he left.
