They do a thorough job. They come out in a timely manner. They will come back and do a run if I need or if I have a stubborn stain that needs to be removed that didn't get cleaned the first time. When they come in, they always ask me if I want some extra stuff because I usually get the extra stuff. I think their price is in line with what everybody charges. I have about six oriental area rugs that I carry in to them myself.

They're the best in town. They're excellent overall.

We had a lot of rain, so they had to reschedule because they had to do one of the emergency services. They called me ahead and asked if that was okay first. They then canceled the appointment and gave me a credit. They were great about rescheduling it. They came out and they were very efficient. They were very clean. They did a pretty good job. The price was a little bit higher than the original estimate. They were very professional.

I was very disappointed. They did have it ready on the day they said they would, but they gave them to me damp. I rushed them home to put them in the back yard to be dried. Thank goodness it didn?t rain. They turned out alright.

I have a vintage 1940s mint condition tufted chester silk couch. My two-year-old daughter peed on it on Monday morning at 9 am. Immediately I called Woodard after looking on angleslist. They were supposed to send a technician out that day. However, there was some confusion. I waited, but they didn't show. So I called back, and they mistakenly scheduled me as first available, but they quickly changed it and sent the person out the next day. I do not care though, because the result was impeccable! I really thought the couch was done. The first technician they sent out looked at the couch and was honest - he said he didn't feel comfortable attempting the clean, but they did have another technician that has silk experience - the 2nd guy arrived 45 minutes later. He was very honest about the risks of the couch and the options. He walked me through the process and the possible treatments and made his recommendations. It is a tufted 1 piece seat with no removable cushions, so there is a risk of more water stains because of the pleats - it also makes cleaning it extremely difficult. In the end he treated the area and was able to remove the stain with no damage to the fabric. I couldn't believe it! I gave his a hug - that is how happy I was. He showed me the result and then honestly said if it were his couch he would not clean the rest of it because it is fine and he didn't want to take anymore risks. That also saved me an extra 60 dollars. He also cleaned my daughter's glider and our stairs (that were extremely dirty due to drywall construction dust). They look great! The glider looks brand new. Overall, I was so impressed with his ability, knowledge and the results. I would highly recommend them! It was a miracle how he saved my couch!!!!!!

Very professional and also aware ande consideraste of the sentimental value of the rug. Cleaned well, the shape was retained, and ready exactly on time. We also use Woodard to clean our wall-to-walls, well satisfied.

They are extremely professional and do exactly what they say they will do. They are very polite and make sure everything is how it should be before they call their job finished. One time a guest of mine spilled red wine on a rug and they didn?t lecture me on why I shouldn?t serve red wine with a rug like, but got the stain out and returned it.

They did a great job. They came quickly and they assessed the job very quickly. They were able to start the drying process right away, which was great and they didn’t mess up the house in process. The carpet they cut was also cut very neatly.

Everything went just great. I have never had either of these services done by anyone else but wanted it done right. There were no guarantees that the oriental rugs would come clean or that there would not be bleeding of colors so I expected the worse. The stains did not all come out which is a bummer but they are now clean. There was a little bit of color bleed but only I will notice it. Overall I was happy with that cleaning even though very expense. The carpet cleaning went great and I thought wasn't too pricey. They cleaned a lot of carpet very quickly, but were careful and I could tell they checked everything. They explained what they were doing and why one stain didn't come out because it was from furniture dye. They were very careful to make sure I understood everything and were not in a rush. We did the clean and protect sale which saved a lot of money. Included with this special we got all the rooms protected with Scotchguard so that will be great and they said it was even better than what comes from the manufacturer. For such a large company I was very pleased with the professionalism and their care. I will use them again.

The gave us good service and had some suggestions about how to clean some things. I don't think the price was great but it was not outrages.

They came immediately with my basement water disaster (dog chewed through pipe). A bit of confusion due to weekend once the machines were set up, but they saved my basement, and ultimately did exactly what they said they would do. I have used them multiple times for regular carpet cleaning. I have used them once before with a basement water leak. I will continue to use them, they may not be the cheapest, but they do what they say they will do, they are timely, and they seriously know how do deal with water in basement issues. They told me in advance that they didn't fix the baseboards. Wish they would add that to their service.

Customer Service was good. Prompt turnaround. I watched part of the process and was surprised that it was such a simple process and possibly not as through as I would have hoped. One of my rugs had stuff on it that looked like it had been cleaned and then dried on the rug. Just questionable.

I think they did a very good job. It was a house that was lying vacant for a couple of years, and they got most of the stains out. These were permanent stains we were dealing with, they didn’t get everything, they had bad luck for some, but under the circumstances, I thought they did pretty well. I did find that their prices were a little higher than others. I probably would use them again in the future.

Very well. They were on time and the quality must have been high because our real estate agent, who'd seen them before the cleaning commented on how clean they were afterwards.

Horrible experience. Over the phone they mentioned they could handle and wash an antique animal-dyed oriental rug for around $400. When I dropped the rug off the price was now $129 and they argued with me about the dying of the rug and said there was no need to treat it any differently. The quality and professionalism I experienced with horrible! I will not recommend or return to this facility!

Very good workers. The carpet was not wet when they were finished although we stayed off of it as much as possible for three days. The carpet was very clean. One thing I do not appreciate is the price bait. The flyer or advertisement declares a price for three rooms for $169. When they arrive you learn the small print described a very very small room that would be not be typical of almost all homes. Every carpet cleaning company does this and Woodward included.

They provide very high quality service. They are very professional, they do exactly what they say, and they are on time.

They are very professional, very effective and very responsive. I use them both commercially in the office and at home. They do a good job. He is always around if there are any issues.

You’d never even know that I had that it happened. They also offer coupons and they were good working with the insurance company.

They arrived quickly and explained the work, which was performed in a professional manner.

I liked the way they work and also like the ease of using them. It is just really convenient to use them. I am not sure about the price; I think there are probably others out there that are cheaper. Maybe I did not check well or something but I really think there are other places that are cheaper but given that they pick up, deliver and leave your furniture out for me, I don't know about the price.

I called and was able to get an appointment very quickly. One downside is that the company did not give a specific time when they would show up. I requested that the appointment be in the morning. This request was noted and honored. I believe I was the first appointment of the day for the technician, Brandon. Brandon was very professional and friendly. He made sure that he did not track any outside dirt into the house. He covered the area where he was working and put everything back in place when he left. There were some problem areas on the furniture. Brandon took time to work on those areas and make sure that they were clean. I am pleased with the results.

We plan on scheduling more cleaning with them soon.
