Description of Work: I have used them for past to clean the carpets in my home.

Description of Work: They cleaned our basement carpet and did a great job. They moved the furniture and put everything back. They were on time and polite.

Description of Work: The upholstery cleaning involved a large white sectional couch and cost $300+. We live in a house with three cats which made the cleaning even more challenging. It came out look ing almost as good as when it was new 20 years ago. The carpet cleaning which cost $168.00 was for a large downstairs recreation room that had suffered many spills (stains), and the Woodward employee had it looking great in two hours approximately.

Description of Work: We had the roof collapse in our condo. Many units were damaged. The carpet cleaning was the last task of the restoration. The roofer wanted us to You' use Stanley Steemer, but I had used Woodard before and they came highly recommended. We had had the carpet cleaning about a year ago and although it looked great when they left a few days later all the old spots and stains were still there, so I assumed they couldn't be eradicated. All I wanted was a good clean-up from the roof collapse and subsequent reconstruction. Well, Woodard did more than that. They absolutely got all the old spots out! The carpet is over 25 years old and looks better than it has in years. PLUS my cousin works for the FDA and he came over a few days later and saw a little black residue along the carpet next to the porch. He said, "You have black mold. You've got to tear up all the carpets." I said I didn't think so because Woodard had been out recently and they didn't say anything and if there had been black mold, I trusted they would have said so. SO , , , we had the carpet tested by a very reputable national lab and there was no black mold. Put up another plus for Woodard. They're the best!

Description of Work: The services were performed on Sept. 24, to deal with water damage in our basement as a result of the heavy rain on Sept. 14. We were kept informed daily by Woodard about their progress toward getting to our problem. They arrived as scheduled on Sept. 24. They took their time with us, and didn't try to impose work and charges that weren't needed. They determined that the carpet did not need to be removed, nor were drying services required. They applied an anti-microbial spray and charged a fraction of what other companies were charging. Linnie, the team leader, was excellent. We would definitely use their services again.

Description of Work: I BROUGHT THEM A SISAL RUG STAINED WITH RED WINE. I WAS TOLD IT COULD NOT BE CLEANED WELL BECAUSE OF THE MATERIAL IT WAS MADE FROM. I APPRECIATED THEIR HONEST ASSESSMENT.
