They are very good. He was very professional. They were very clean about what they do and they wear slippers on shoes and they don't get any dirty. They are good about showing you what they've done and why they've done it and explaining the service.

They came out the same day I called them. They replaced a part that dY and got it working.6

For our annual maintenance, they come out twice a year unless we have an issue. They're excellent. I have a maintenance agreement with them. They're great. I've used them for years. The price is very reasonable.

They are the original contractor for this subdivision and the subdivision is 22 years old. They have done all the maintenance work on our heating and air conditioning. At the time of the installation there were a lot of rebates out so I got a superior unit instead of a commercial grade unit for the same price. I know a lot of people that work there and Welsch is a first class operation. They have been in business for a long time.

It took many, many calls for them to come out and find a simple problem.

I noticed a problem with my air conditioner on a Holiday weekend. I left a message to request a service call. They called me by 7:15 the next business day and had Dan at my house by 8:00 - much faster than I had expected! He was efficient and explained the problem thoroughly. Given the nature of the problem and age of the unit I opted not to have him do any repairs and instead got a quote for a replacement.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Welsch Heating and Cooling. We worked with Rick Turlin. He provided several equipment options for us to choose from, explained the differences in energy efficiency and was very responsive to follow up questions submitted via email. The installers were timely, tidy and polite. They completed the job quickly and professionally. Rick and the office staff also registered our equipment with the manufacturer to receive additional warranty years and assisted us in filing rebate forms with Ameren MO and Laclede Gas. Overall pricing was very good/competitive. We highly recommend Welsch.

We called Welsch to provide a second opinion after another service provider recommended a new furnace. The technician was not only professional, prompt and courteous, he was unbelievably thorough! He insisted on combing through every aspect of our furnace to diagnose a problem, and found one in the most unlikely of places. (It seems a June Bug had gotten trapped in part of the apparatus that controls the air flow, and as a result, it was causing the system to malfunction.) He removed the dead bug, and our furnace has been working ever since. This was well worth the price of the service call, and we will most certainly use this company for our future HVAC needs.

Salesman was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He offered a lot of information and quickly provided a quote. He was knowledgeable about current building codes and found a code issue and included it in his quote, where the other quotes we got did not include that. We verified that it was an issue that should have been included.

I've been very happy with my maintenance service contract. Chris Sasse is the one who comes out to home twice a year to check my furnace and A/C. He's very personable and likes to teach you about what he is doing. I initially had them come out for a repair of my A/C and I was so happy with the service that I signed up for their maintenance service contract.

We have used Welsch before. This was part of an annual heating and annual air conditioning tune up. We have two air conditioners and furnaces so the price, in my mind was reasonable. ($290 combined for the two inspections and tune ups.) They checked and cleaned the system and checked for correct amount of Freon and did it well.

We have radiatant floor heat, but added a heat pump. We also needed a new AC. Job took 2 days, since it was such a big job. Very professional & friendly gentleman we had come work. Even had a few new vents put in. The AC has never been cooler and we are so very happy.

Their price was reasonable compared to other providers. Service was delivered as promised. They have a couple brands but we went with one that they have a contract with, it was a Bryant.

They did a really good job. The service was excellent. The staffs were very nice and polite. Everything was great. They left the work area very clean. They were right on-time; there were no issues at all with that. We did some comparison and for what was installed, the price was fair. It was good. It was just a high-priced item in general. They did provide ways to give us rebates.

EXCELLENT from meeting with Mike Henebry through the installation! Mike couldn't be any more professional, informative and pleasant. Mike came over twice. First time to review the project and to discuss what could be done. He prepared a proposal in a very timely manner. Then he returned to re-discuss and to do the measuring. Everything was discussed and measured to perfection! As far as pricing goes, we felt they priced very fairly for the work they proposed. It took them 1.5 days to complete the job with two installers. Mike's installation team was terrific! Percise and attentive to detail. They did what they said, cleaned up and left everything complete. Did not realize that WELSCHE did fabrication for roofs and other. Will recommend them to anyone who needs flat roofing done! Thanks Mike!

I was extremely impressed with the technician. He came and looked at my unit to see what they can do to make it work more efficiently. He also told me exactly when he was coming and he was fairin pricing. Very professional. I really appreciated him. I commend the servicemen from Washington Missouri . He did a detailed excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone!

I live in an apartment style condo in Chesterfield. Both of my air conditioners were the "originals" (Singer brand if that sounds familiar to anyone) and were approximately 30 years old. The air handlers (for heat) are located inside my "apartment" : one in a closet and one in the utility room over the water heater. It was time to replace everything. Frequently I had seen Welsch trucks in my subdivision, so I decided to include them when obtaining estimates to replace and install my heating and cooling units. The salesman Rick was wonderful. Absolutely no pressure from him and I was totally impressed with his professionalism, and his knowledge of any specific wiring issues in our subdivision buildings. Since this was to be a major project and expense for me, I asked a friend who knew alot about Heating and Cooling systems to help me make a decision on the company to use and on the actual equipment regarding SEER rating and unit size, etc. Rick was willing to discuss this with my friend who then advised me and supported my final decision to use Welsch. Rick's patience and willingness to spend the extra time talking with my friend AND answering all of my questions was very much appreciated. Rick also went "above and beyond" showing concern for a chirping smoke detector in my house, and remedied that situation for me!!!!! I was lucky to have Rick as my salesman, and Welsch is fortunate to have such a professional and reliable salesman on their team. My air handlers were not in stock as they are shorter than the traditional models in order to fit into the space provided in my condo. Once the air handlers arrived at their warehouse, installation dates were scheduled, as it required two days for the total installation. The installers arrived ON TIME as scheduled at 0700. Eric was the lead installer, and he did an outstanding job both days. Alex was his assistant the first day; Josh was his assistant the second day. I was extremely pleased with all of them. They all went right to work and I was very comfortable with them in my home. They were all neat and clean and very careful to protect my home and garden while working. I was impressed with their knowledge and ability. Eric was great at problem solving any issues that developed during the installations. On day one, Eric established what I call the "staging" area in my back yard, as well as determining the best route to transport the removed units and the new replacement units in and out. They were able to navigate in and out of my condo with their tools and my new equpment effectively. All debris was removed and the work area was left very clean at the end of each installation day. Be aware I do have a Home Warranty plan, but decided that for a project of this magnitude I wanted to CHOOSE a company I knew had a good reputation that I could trust. I plan to cancel my Home Warranty plan soon as I no longer need it.

Welsch was not the low bidder, but Welsch provided a quote with the equipment specifications as I asked for. The low bidder quoted a 90,000 BTU and i asked for a 110,000 BTU unit. The third bidder quoted the same equipment specifications that I asked for, but was priced higher than Welsch. The two-man arrived on time, and immediataely began work. Once I saw the existing Aprilaire after it was removed, I asked for and received a price for a replacement. I orderd a new whole-house humidifier. After installation was complete, I saw that the whole-house humidifier was a by-pass unit. I did not know there ven was a by-pass unit, I thought the price quoted was for an electric fan-type unit. I thought about this for two or three weeks. I felt the by-pass unit would allow unfilltered air (I have a Honeywell Electric Air Fiilter on the return side, and since the by-pass connected to the return air ductwork before the electronic air cleaner, I thought unfiltered air would be introduced through the humidifier into the plenum above the furnace and coil. FUrther, I thought cold air when the air conditioner was on would find its way back throught the by-pass even though there was a damper in the line. Welsch agreed to remove the new Honeywell By-Pass Humidifier and related 6" by-pass ductwork, and replace with an electirc fan Honeywell humidifier, and I would pay the difference in cost between the by-pass and fan units. I agreed to schedule this replacement to take place by the end of July. I am totally satisifed with Welsch Heating.

It was excellent, I have been using them for the past 17 years. In fact they are the same company that installed this originally when the home was built. They did this all in one day in just 8 hours. Completely perfect job, the price they quoted was the price I paid. Extremely good work.
