Welsch Heating & Cooling

Extremely expensive service. Charged me $200 for $14 part on top of $270 diagnostics and service charge.

It was very good, it went very well. They were very professional, on time, they call ahead of time, cleaned up their mess and it was a very nice experience.

I have used Welsch many times over the years. I have always found them to be honest and competent. Most recently, they installed a new AC and furnace for me. The sales person was very helpful in providing advice as to what type of furnace and AC to buy (efficiency vs. price). My only complaints are for some repairs their prices are quite high, and on the furnace install, the installers could have been a bit neater and cleaned up the area where they were working. The bottom line is that I will continue to use Welsch.

We are extremely happy with our experiences with Welsch. Our 26-year-old AC finally decided to give out, so we called Welsch to come out and assess. The technician was extremely thorough and explained the options to repair versus replace. We opted for replacement, and after working with the sales team (same day - thanks Denny!), we had picked out a new Bryant unit that would last us for years to come. They squeezed us in for the following Monday, and the technician got us up and running enough to survive the heat of the summer weekend. The installation went flawlessly, and we have been enjoying our cool home ever since! We trust the folks at Welsch to truly have their customers' best interests in mind, and they have earned our business for maintenance/repairs for years to come.

Our 25yo furnace cracked a heat exchanger on one of the coldest days of the year. My regular HVAC guy was not able to do in install for over a week, so I called around to several companies, eventually getting to Welsch. After a great phone consultation, Denny was able to come out the next day to get measurements, talk through options, and explain the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and completely honest in his assessment of our situation. He not only recommended several systems of varying efficiencies and cost, but also pointed out some issues where our air intake was not sized correctly, causing some overall issues in our HVAC system. He helped ensure that we were going to have the ideal setup for our house and made certain we understood his recommendations fully. The installers were out the next day (on a Saturday), and were extremely professional. They had our whole new system installed in a few hours, and made sure that we knew how to operate it. In summary, I couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received from Welsch. From the initial phone and in-person consultation, to the installation, to working with the office folks after the install, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience and our HVAC issues resolved. I would happily recommend Welsch, and will be using them in the future for our HVAC service needs.

My old units were going out when it was 97 degrees. The sales rep came to give quote and installation was two days later. Other quotes were more expensive for lower rated equipment.

This company was very professional and gave me the best bid. I felt very comfortable working with them. During and after the install of both systems, they continue to be the company I chose for preventive maintenance on the system. I highly recommend as a trustworthy and professional company!

The technicians arrived on time, removed the existing system, and installed the new system in less than a day. They kept mess to a minimum (drilling through solid brick walls) and cleaned up after themselves. At the end of the installation they walked me through using the new thermostat/system and checked that everything was working. Their employees were informative and professional and the company followed up several days after the installation to see if I had any questions or feedback.

We've used them for many years. The workers were just fine.

I think we are on a service agreement with them. We are happy with them. Never had any problem with punctuality. We are always happy with what they do. They save us money by finding out ahead of time if anything is wrong.

We've been using them since the house was built. We have 4 units, the cost is a set amount. The equipment company will give a rebate which makes the price reasonable.

Everything went really well. There were a couple of minor issues with the installation, but they were diligent in resolving all problems. The customer service was excellent and I was very pleased.

I pay a yearly maintenance where they come out two times a year. I have been using them for nine years. They are reliable. They are very easy to work with. Their staff is knowledgeable. Getting on the phone, talking to someone, and scheduling an appointment is super easy, but then it might be a week or two before they come out. That is fine, I have no complaints. They are all friendly.

Terrible. Tech arrived in time but had bad attitude from moment of arrival. Tech did not want to go in attic although scheduled service was set at 7 am to prevent excessive heat to the tech. He left without even looking at the system. My tenant had an elderly person in the apartment but Walsh's tech had no concern, left without offering alternatives, or suggestions for getting the unit repaired. I phoned another company after the Welsch tech left, and was able to get a repair completed without any difficulty to complete or go in the attic. The tech from Welsch simply did not want to be bothered because it was in the attic, so used a lame excuse after he left to be able to justify his unprofessional behavior.

They perform the way they say they are going to.

They are very good. They arrive in a timely manner. The workman they send out are excellent, and are very professional. They installed my HVAC a couple years ago, and would recommend them.

It is working well. Everything went along very well. They were professional, on time, did what they said they would do and left no mess. The whole nine yards. The price was very good also. It was better than the other guy. It took about 5 hours. They were done by noon and there were 2 men. Everything was all clean. They hauled away the old unit.

I use my own people. I use Welsch Heating and Cooling.

The 2 men that came out were polite and friendly. I am happy with the work they did.

We get a $25 discount for the annual fall visit. I can strongly recommend them.
