THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY WALKED US THROUGH WHAT THEY FOUND AND THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. THEY GAVE US A REBATE FORM TO FILL OUT THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW EXISTED.
