Overall it was an excellent experience. They sales representative was great and the people that came out to do the work were also very accommodating. They were respectful of our house and of our desires as far as keeping things clean. The pricing was also very competitive and they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

The experience was great. We had some work done previously that was incorrect and they corrected that. I have used them for a service maintenance agreement.

They came on time and complete all work within 2 hours. AC required a lot of cleaning. They added "freon" without asking me if I'd pay for it. I needed it, so I paid for it. But I would have appreciated it if they'd have asked and told me the price.

This company was very refreshing after the negative experiences we had with other companies. The salesman, Tom, was extremely professional, laying out all options and not being pushy whatsoever about upgrades. He offered to email us the estimate later that day, which then came in several thousand dollars below other companies we had spoke with. He offered us a preseason discount and manufacturer rebate on the upgrades we wanted. All emails were answered promptly and completely. On the day of installation, the installers were also very professional and stayed until the entire job was done. They gave a verbal overview of the system when they were done. My father-in-law is also an HVAC technician of 30 years and he was impressed with their quality of work when we looked at it together that night. We plan to use this company for maintenance and recommend them to others.

Very good experience overall. Promptly returned my call. Estimator and then workers appeared when scheduled. The workers were exceptionally careful and the installation seems to have been first-rate. They moved the furnace location from the center of its closet to one edge, which freed up a lot of space and I would not have known was possible. They laid drop cloths to cross the finished part of our basement and swept and dusted afterward. The county inspector later mentioned that he thought this company typically did first-quality work. The one small hiccup concerned their billing. A 10% discount promised on the estimate didnt appear on the initial invoice. It was added without any argument when I inquired about it, and I think it was genuinely an oversight.

The crew arrived day and time promised and finished with job the same day. Work area was cleaned and old equipment removed.

We went to start our furnace last week, it came on but no warm air was blowing out. We called Welsch and they were able to come out that day. They were prompt, gave a check of the furnace, cleaned and fixed the problem quickly. We were happy with both the service and the price. The price also included a return visit in the spring for a check of AC.

Welsch is terrific on the phone and they also come on time. They send the same guy every time so I feel comfortable and trust him in my home as he is very respectful. We have used them for 7 years and are very satisfied with their service.

They were great to work with. They wouldnt charge me until they made sure that the repair was done correctly and the unit was functioning perfectly. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about the system. It turns out that the initial installation of the thermostat and control panel by another company, may have been faulty and they were able to fix it.

This company originally installed the system, and they have done a great job maintaining it for us. They schedule the service when it is convenient for us, and they are very professional and knowledgeable. I have not had to have any expensive repairs.

The company's techs are very responsive as they came out the same day that I had called them for service. We have continued to use them for 5 years as I really like the work that they do. I pay them on a yearly basis.

I do have a yearly service contract with them, but I'm not sure how much I pay. I think that they are very good about getting to me in time and they always come as soon as I call them. They are also careful about everything they do in my home.

I have been very satisfied with their service and that is why I have an ongoing contract with them. If I need anything, they are who I call on. They have been very reliable for me and I am happy with the service I receive.

They are really professional and they answer their phones right away. They have been good to me in emergency situations and sent someone out right away. I do have a service contract with them and the rate is 140 dollars per year, but they give me a rebate of about 25 dollars.

Great service on 4th of July holiday. Prompt response and talented technician dispatched. Price "seemed" a little high but I don't know for sure. Try them out. Contractor's website ( to book a service appointment) worked great! I was contacted promptly after logging service request at their website.

The price is $100 a year and they visit twice a year. Very friendly and prompt.

The entire job from estimate to installation was handled very professionally and in a friendly manner. There was no attempt to sell us more expensive products than we needed. They steered us toward what they thought was best for our house with full explanations. Installation was prompt and with a large crew sufficient to complete the entire job within a day.

The guy was very professional and courteous, I had an overall very good experience.

We hoped our unit would last through the summer. We have a planned remodel which included upgrading the A/C. June 28th the compressor quit working correctly. July 3rd Roger came to see us. He explained everything clearly and answered all questions. He was here 2 hours. July 3rd Todd came by ON HIS WAY HOME to measure everything, so we could have the new system on the 7th. He and Roger both did all they could to help us in a hurry. On the 7th Eric, Dan,and John arrived on time for work. They created a new location for the A/C and made sure we were happy with it. The system was installed on time in spite of one crew member making a run to the ER for stitches! He returned! Our house was built in the 20s. It has unique challenges. All of them were addressed. The job was professional, efficient, and the area left clean. We were shown how to use the system. If any problems develop, we are confident Welsch will be there to help get it fixed. This was a great Crew!

The service tech was extremely professional. Identified the problem immediately and fixed it. He explained what he could and could not do. Most importantly he showed up when he promised.

The salesman was very professional. He explained a wide variety of options with different efficiency ratings. We had done some research and were interested in the high-efficiency models. We also brought into the discussion having an air cleaner and humidifier installed. There was no pressure on his part of buy the most expensive system or add ons. They were able to install the system in the limited space we had and the work was done at the scheduled time. We have been very pleased with the performance of the new units as reflected in our lower utility bills.

11 MONTHS LATER THE IGNITER BROKE AGAIN. STILL HAD TO PAY $75.00 FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT. CALLED AGAIN 3 MONTHS LATER AS GAS COMPANY SAYS FURNACE WAS UNSAFE. THEY COULDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM CAUSE THE GAS WAS OFF. THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T KNOW HOW. THE GUY WHO CAME AND FIXED THAT WATER HEATER, FIXED THE FURNACE IT WAS THE THERMOSTAT AND DID IT WITH THE GAS OFF.

Excellent. Fast, workman-like job. Did very good job at working within the space limits I imposed upon them. Clearly delineated my options for different grades of equipment. Started job soon, were done quickly. Very, very happy with the whole thing. High end condenser was worth it - very efficient and very, very quiet.

KEITH ARRIVED AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, VERY IMPORTANT. SETH CAME A FEW DAYS LATER AND INSTALLED THE MOTOR AND FAN. ANOTHER FELLOW ASSISTED BUT I DID NOT GET HIS NAME. ALL WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. OUR PROBLEM WAS SOLVED, SO APPARENTLY THEY DO. AS FAR AS PRICE IS CONCERNED, I REALLY DON'T HAVE GOOD SENSE OF WHAT'S REASONABLE FOR A/C AND HEATING WORK. IT'S ALL EXPENSIVE TO ME. BUT IT WAS BOILING HOT AND WE WERE OH SO WILLING TO PAY. WELSCH IS NOW THE COMPANY WE WILL CALL FOR OUR A/C AND HEATING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR.

KEVIN (THE TECHNICIAN) SHOULD BE GIVEN A RAISE!!! HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY NICE. HE EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. NOT ONLY WILL I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN BUT I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I TALK TO. (I'M IN THE MORTGAGE BUSINESS SO I DEAL WITH A LOT OF HOME OWNERS.) I ALSO SIGNED UP WITH THEIR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM WHERE THEY COME OUT ONCE IN THE SPRING AND ONCE IN THE FALL SO I WILL RECEIVE A $25 REBATE OFF OF THE PRICE I PAID. THE ABOVE PRICE INCLUDES THEM COMING BACK IN THE FALL TO DO THE ''WINTER'' TUNEUP. WITH THE PRICE OF NATURAL GAS PREDICTED TO GO UP THIS WINTER AS MUCH AS 70%, IT'S A NO BRAINER.
