Description of Work: I cannot remember the cost, but we got a new furnace and AC unit. They also installed a new thermostat that does wifi. I was pleased with their prompt, neat service.

Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump and a gas furnace to replace our dead steam system. Everything went well. They handled all the paperwork for rebates (it was a high efficiency system).

Description of Work: We have an annual contract with Welsch to service out two HVAC units. They are punctual, thorough and professional. We have had no problems with our units since replacing an "A" coil in 2005 and the units are now nearly 16 years old. We will certainly use them when a replacement unit is needed.

The service was clean, swift, and complete. they have been my service company since we bought the house 20 years ago and they continue to treat us well. Description of Work: My furnace failed on a very cold evening. I called early the next day and they arrived fairly quickly. The blower and drum needed to be replaced, but I chose a new furnace due to the age of the old unit. They couldn't do the work until the next day, but did offer to lend me space heaters to get through the night. the crew showed up early the next day and spent the next four hours installing the new furnace. We were very happy to have heat again.

Description of Work: I bought a furnace inspection deal through Angies list. They were to contact me within the next two days. They never did. I cancelled. I don't know whose fault it is; failure of Welsch to contact me, or failure of Angies list to contact Welsch.

We have contacting this gentleman several times since we saw the review. We have never heard from him at anytime. He did not leave a phone number. We have written him at the address shown and told him we are ready and willing to perform the work he says he wants and he has never contacted us. We do not know what else we can do to satisy him.

Very good.
Description of Work: We had American Home shield Insurance on our new house and AC went out. Their AC company (Sierra something) said they were coming 3 times and the 4th a charm. Diagnosed AC dead but insurance would not cover. Sierra quoted $4800 to replace outside unit 5 ton 13 SEER plus 2 coils (twin furnace inside), but scheduling was issue bcz of rain. Welsch quoted on phone( while Sierra there) $3100 for Rheem 220 Freon 13 SEER (5 ton no coils bcz don't need to replace 5 year old coils). Welsh came out next day at 12noon and installed in approx. 4 hours and 30 min.
